Chase Bank Ne Midland Ave, Grants Pass

I have been with this Bank for a long time and they have been a good job I would recommend anybody to go to the bank Chase Bank

Not helping customers very much. Four people were there today. But only one man helping customers.

Never had a problem with chase till I had the worst customer experience I’ve ever had not only with a banking establishment but in general. This specific branch almost made me want to close all my accounts with chase. Terrible

Trash customer service. They closed down the wrong Chase bank here in town.

What a totally great bunch of folks. The manager even stopped by to say "Hi", and glad to have you here. Paul was incredibly professional and efficient but friendly as could be also. I was SOOOO angry at B of A for just packing up and walking out on us after 25 years of devotion but it may be the best thing that ever happened to us, banking-wise. We are really looking forward to doing business with the Chase folks. We will be transferring the whole enchilada over to them; loans, cards, accounts, etc., etc... Thanks B of A, for nothing....Hi Chase, thrilled to meet you.....

I have been a few Chase member since it was Washington mutual I have never changed bank's accounts they have been with me through thick and thin they are the best bank.

I tried to type in details but not enough room. I hung up with online private client because there was no answer after 90 minutes. I went into the branch and there was no private client banker to help me. Told me they could call for me but it would be the same 2 stars because the trainee did her best to help.

Used to think highly of chase but their support and conflicting information has been getting worse the last few times I did reach out for help. They block crypto purchases and the representatives don’t seem to understand what the “right answer” is. My debit card is being blocked and was told by two people they don’t accept crypto purchases. However someone at this specific brand REASSURED me they do. And more or less was offended and very adamant that I was wrong (even though I was just relaying what their customer support told me). Well the rep at this establishment was wrong- they don’t allow the crypto purchases as I still have not been able to make my purchase (they increased my daily limit as “that was the problem”- nope still being blocked for crypto) So I’m proceeding with moving banks to a bank that doesn’t block purchases from my hard earned cash.

The Midland branch with Skyler as the manager is more than a five star rating. Each of the wonderful people that work at that Chase are so helpful and intelligent. Thank you all for getting us thru banking issues 😁
