Chase Bank E Meadow Dr, Vail

I would put 0 star if possible. I deposited a check on my business account on 1/7/22 and i am told i have a hold on it until 1/19/22! That is not acceptable from a bank that is suppose to be business friendly and charge fees on the accounts. What is equally unacceptable is that I have been 2 hours and counting to speak to a Chase representative about this issue. My time is free to Chase. To add salt on the wound, there disc says: "we appreciate your business and value the opportunity to serve you"!!! Then prove it. Answer the phone in a timely manner and don't hold checks for 14 days. Covid is a good excuse to cut costs it seems. A bank this size should anticipate and minimize disruption. That is if they really would care for their customers. Bottom line they don't and prove it repeatedly pocking their customers in the eyes every opportunity they have. Go find a bank that really cares not just in words.

I had an abysmal experience with Ashton Beck at this location. My father passed away so I needed to open an estate account. Long story short, he ignored all requests from myself and lawyer resulting in deadlines being missed. Very unprofessional.

This Branch is great. They took care of my and gave me a card with THEIR phone number, not the Chase call center. They provided the service I was looking for and are fast and efficient.

Full service Chase bank right in the Village! GREAT.

I expect to go to a bank that wants to help customers not one where 2 employees sit in the lobby talking and tell you to go to the ATM. They did offer to assist at the ATM if needed. Still sitting in the lobby when I left. Not sure what chase is paying them to do.

Would not help in case of fraud emergency because of “appointments” absolute joke of a branch don’t bother.

Lost my wallet and someone brought it here, they were able to contact me through my chase card and I was able to retrieve it the next day, very thankful!
