Chase Bank N Milwaukee Ave, Vernon Hills

Their bank services are good in common. Like other banks, they offer lots of standard products. But the bad side is a big rotation of the stuff. Be sure that if one banker offer you good promotion take it immediately. Otherwise next time you will not find that banker. Also non professional notary services can destroy your plans. Notary specialist in the bank can do only their own procedure which is totally different from standard notary practice. I simply wasted my time and they didn't help me.

Just banking. Don't expect anything else like a good customer oriented service or a basic public notary. Been a chase customer more than 2 decades and a bit disappointed last couple visits this specific branch.

I have been a chase customer for 4 years. I am a local to Vernon Hills and I stopped in this branch which I have visited before. I had a situation regarding my account and was taken to Jeremy Retek, who then assisted me and took me through my account determining causes to my concerns. I just wanted to give him a shout out for giving excellent customer service, and helping me through the problem. He seems like such a genuine person and very professional. I am glad I bank at Chase and have this branch close to home with people like him working there. Keep up the great work and thanks for helping me! God bless.

Maria Barazza was great everyone else who works there were not as good or attentive.

I came here months ago to open a savings account and Vanessa was so friendly and helpful. I visited recently to open another account and this time I was helped by Daisy. She was equally kind and knowledgeable. This branch overall trains their employees well. It's always a pleasure and ease coming here.

The mundelein location had no one to open my account so I was directed to another branch. Luckily, Vanessa S in VH took the time and helped me in an amazing way!!!

Terrible customer service. Just stopped at the branch at 1:40PM to open a checking account for my daughter. Rather than helping us, the Chase Private Client representative advised that we should come back with an appointment - that it was too close to closing. I’ve done business with Chase since 1998. That ends this week.

Need you get new branch manager. That can understand customers needs/is able to comprehend basic requests when shown and given all the paperwork.

It’s a busy location but the building is nice with enough parking and the greeting staff and bankers are courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. :)
