I don't know whats going on with their service. I waited a while just to cancel a money order. I didn't think it was going to take that long just to cancel a money order. I've been waiting since 1:40pm and they barely attend me at 2:15pm. They should be able to cancel money orders online or over the phone. But coming to the bank...seriously. I rarely come to the bank because they helped me multiple times online or the app. But god....come on. They give me the check to cash it in, instead of giving me a new one. Cashed it in my account to make another money order. I just left at 2:41pm.🤦‍♂️

If I could give it -5 stars, I would. They never answer their phone especially on or close to holidays regardless if they're open. They charged me 4x this year alone for a "return fee" on an item I already purchased. Sometimes customer service will reverse it but sometimes they won't. Also, the public notary woman is judgemental as hell for any document she has to sign. She gives out dirty looks like if her life depended on it.

Do yourself a favor and preserve your self-respect by not visiting this branch. You are likely to experience things you have never seen before like professional incompetence coupled with poor customer service that is much more like reluctant tolerance. If you must visit plan to conduct your business using a kiosk or the ATM, in this case the machines are superior in all things except arrogance than the workers. In the unlikely event you still feel the need to interact with staff make it short and sweet they are not equipped (their words) to provide you with information or assistance beyond what you will find on a website. This branch treats customers so poorly that it will make you want to withdraw your money and close your accounts. Don't do that at this branch, go to a different branch and make sure to let them know why!

If I could put zero or negative down I would they are useless they don't help with anything I just needed a document witness and they wouldn't do it for me. I have had an account here for 15 years

This is by far the worst banking institution across America. We are closing our Bank Accounts. Do not use this bank, and if you are currently using it, consider going anywhere else. Sylmar Branch employees apparently are trained to pick and chose who to help, if you go there to open an account they even offer you coffee but if you need maintenance they literally kick you out by telling you that the wait time is 2 hrs. I went to the Laurel Cyn Branch and someone helped me and took care of my issue in 10 minutes. DON’T TAKE YOUR $$ TO CHASE SYLMAR BRANCH they’re not treating people fairly.

I've had good experiences here before, however the last couple experiences weren't so good. Customer service has really gone down. Bankers are suppose to connect with their customers, build rapport and care about your financial situation or hardship. These people do not. These people shouldn't be in the banking business.

Staff was friendly. Branch manager was nice the one time I've worked with him. In the last week I've been here 3 times to get a stamp that only he has. He's been late, out, and leaving. Nice to feel valued.

Everytime I visit this chase bank I'm always treated with respect and in a timely manner. Good job chase employees..
