Worst customer experience EVER! Today I walked in an elder lady was asking for help to speak with a banker and the Chase greeter instructed the elder lady that she has to make an appointment either online or her app. The lady replied that she is not good with apps nor computers and requested a phone number. The Chase greeter responded that she may go to another branch for help. (79th and Cicero) I'm listening and watching all this and I'm thinking wow this Chase greeter has no care for this customer. The elder lady left and it was my turn. I explained to the Chase greeter I need something notarized and said she can't help me unless it is a Chase related document which it wasn't. She gave me the same lecture to go to another branch to seek assistance. Well guess what Chase lady FU and your branch! I went to the Chase branch in Melrose Park. They were most welcoming and very helpful with my notary. Thank you Melrose Park.

I went there today 5/3/17 at around 5:40 pm and was at the counter when Juliana Salas (I believe) was helping people out. I gave her $100 and I asked if I can get it in quarters. I didn't mind that she turned to a coworker and asked it it was ok, it was the counting that ticked me off. She was giving me quarters in $10 rolls and I started to put some in the bag cause I thought she would be counting. $70 in my purse she turns to me and says "will that be all for you today?" I told her that she only gave me $70. Putting it all back on the counter and opening my purse to show her that there is nothing there, she started counting. When she counted, she counted $80, when I counted, I counted $70. I told her it's $70, she turned to her coworker that she needs more quarters and that she only had $80. Her coworker gave her an additional $20 to give to me, and I told her that it was only $90. She counted and said it's a hundred with a smile on her face which made me think that she thinks I'm stupid. So I counted right in front of her 1-9, there were 9 rolls of $10 worth of quarters. That adds up to $90 right? She counted again right after I counted it in front of her and said it's $100. I took it out of the little slot they had and put it on the countertop one by one. And then she counted again and finally realized that it was $90. I spent more than 5 minutes at this chase bank because a bank teller couldn't count. I wasted my time for simple math..... Count your money. Make sure that it's right before you leave.

Wait time is to long I understand you need to know your client but not talk about your whole life story vice versa . Iam currently here and for the last 40 mins I've heard of a bank rep and customer talk about babies and puppies. This is ridiculous Especially to only have 2 reps available for a overpopulated community. And chase can't say they don't have the funds for enough reps this is absurd.

I went to open a business account and the banker did not know anything about it, she told me that the papers were wrong and that she could not do anything. I went out there to another branch with the same papers and they opened my account without problem!

Upon arrival i was greeted with enthusiasm .&’ such amazing kindness by a woman named Cristina . It was so very welcoming , she directed me to a seating area & joined me moments after . I had not had my own bank account since i was 18 i am now 29 , She created a safe & understanding environment by allowing me to feel confident to ask any questions i may be weary of . She also gave thorough explanations & offered insight on the many advantages Chase has to offer . She made my experience so very exciting & heartwarming. I had not experienced this type of comfort when it came to banking in the past . Cristina took extra initiative to ensure i had understood everything that was happening & displayed great integrity in doing so . I am so very grateful to have had my first experience with Chase in such a welcoming, informative, understanding manner . Highly recommend asking for Cristina B for your future Chase needs . She is truly an asset to this branch location. Good people & hard workers are so very underrated .& I would like to offer her the recognition she deserves .

I keep going back to the bank account to open a new account, and everytime i go they never have enough time. I have gone in the weekend and weekdays and 45 mins is not enough time for them. Customer satisfaction is clearly not one of their priorities. If you want to open a bank account I suggest going to another bank

I was there 10/31/17 , I wanted to make deposit to my account, because 2 hours before i opened account. I couldn't make deposit before, because i had no cash on me. So when i went to this bank , lady , I don't know her name, but she was hispanic slammed the door in front of me and said we closed. I hope my bank account is not closed because I couldn't make deposit same day when I opened account. This place sucks, i regret that I've been there

Opened up a business account over here and ended up having to get a lot of things fixed that were done wrong by this branch. Whoever is in charge here needs to be retrained on how to their operation
