    I have been to the Mose Lk bank 3 time and been helped once. I drive almost a hundred miles round trip and no consideration is given to my time or number of times I must return. It costs me over a hundred dollars to make the trip (time/miles). What happened to customer service???? I get more done over the phone with the Arlington branch where the account originates as a joint account with my mother. There is an effort made to help at that branch.

    Wait times are always horrible. Always find ways to charge unnecessary fees. I stopped banking here years ago, and my new car loan is through chase. Horrible to deal with, and their hours don’t match up with what they have online. Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with.

    If I could rate 0 I would. Had a 7 day hold out on a money order deposit and needed funds immediately due to family crisis. Not only between calling customer service the night of the deposit and caking the bank and going into the bank. I was refused access to my money order, funds, and given no reason for the hold. They attempted to close my account befpre the funds had gone through basically losing my funds in there system. And after 2 hours of being in the bank and asking for solutions and my a count information. I was refused a copy of the terms and service agreement with my signature on it. I was told my lawyer could subpoena a copy. Sandi who claims she is the manager then threatens to call the police on me for waiting for the information I legally habe the rigjt to access. If she is the manager with her rude disposition and lack of abilty to even attempt to help a customer rather then excuses followed by prompted empty apologies, then proceeds to get immediately frustrated and call law enforcement. There is little to no hope for the institution in this area. I will be filling a formal complaint and consulting an attorney concerning them refusing my personal account information.

    I have been with them for at least 10 years and I have Never had any bad service of any kind! They are always friendly and extremely helpful! They are eager to help in anyway they can. I wouldn't think of leaving them. Thanks to all the staff.

    If you are planning on cashing your EIP here, beware. I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect and lack of customer support and service. Was told miss information, when correcting the teller/and banker was told I was incorrect. When I was in fact correct, they chose to use disrespect as a form of customer service rather than accept fault and move forward with a new customer looking to deposit $7k into a savings. Was frankly told to “take my money elsewhere.” Go support other local branches with employees who care and don’t judge based on appearances. (My husband is a tattoo artist at CC and typically VERY well respected) Absolutely appalled and disgusted with our encounter here. BEWARE.

    There is NEVER. Any parking there . One of the tellers (elderly blonde) was very unprofessional and rude am looking at reveiws for a new bank to carry my. Personal account

    Worst customer service ever experienced. A bank that puts a limit on how much of MY MONEY i cant spend in one day? seriously? then call there # so i can get it changed so i can pay some bills on time, get the run around for 20 all to go to a voicemail or something i cant understand, sounded like satan stubbed his toe through my phone
