Chase Bank Arapaho Rd, Garland

I have done business with this branch bank of Chase since 2002. I have always received very professional, courteous treatment and service from this bank. I would highly recommend this branch of Chase Bank

I was here today and Mr Jose Oseguera did an excellent service for me. He helped me solve all my issues with the credit and also he gave me better advice for a new card. He is very nice and friendly. It really made my day. Thank you so much Mr Oseguera. If i could give you a 5 more stars, I would do without any hesitation.

I had a wonderful experience at this location. Kimmy Hoang was amazing and was wonderful at doing her job. She was very polite and helped me open an account super quickly!

Never had a problem yet with this location. Staff seems friendly and helpful although it does feel like they're understaffed. The ATM inside the front entrance can take more than 100 bills at a time versus other locations that only take 30. Makes large deposits way quicker.

Very unprofessional. Booked an appointment for 15 mins. Corresponding representative was tending other customer and arrived 5 mins. He was unable to answer my questions and showed no interest in helping me. Despite all this he was trying to get rid of me in 5 mins. Not the typical Chase bank that I know.

This location needs to train staff better on other options to verify customer identity and what chase offers business banking customers. It's never personable at this location. They only know the basics. Ask them something and it's "I'm not sure." Every single dang time I come here because it's close to home, I end up driving to the Jupiter/Buckingham location to get things done properly. They know the proper answers, and when they aren't sure they get someone with the answers. This location, shrug and "I'm not sure." Horrible service. Everytime I come to this location early in the morning, ready to start my day off, it puts me in a bad mood! Go to the Garland location if you want stuff done properly.

Extremely slow and rude workers at this location. I literally just did a whole deposit with 2 employees standing there, one handed it to the other to walk off and come back with. Handed me my reciept NOT ONE WoRD. Very rude people. I go in this location all the time, this is consistent from them. Really just surprised at this point this is acceptable for employees.
