I am shocked at how many times I have called with no answer, called and finally got an answer and promised to be called back, walked into the branch with promises to call me and schedule an appointment for the last 2 weeks with ZERO luck of anyone ever doing what they actually say they will do-SIMPLY schedule me an appointment to open a business checking & savings account. Should I just change banks at this point to one that has responsive employees? I understand we are under pandemic circumstances, WAITING to be seen is not the problem. It’s simply the communication ( lack of) in the 2 weeks of consistent effort to make an appointment with a representative.

The private client banker deserves a medal for being the most unhelpful banker. There are no people, and if you go and ask for help, the banker does not even bother to ask for you name. He will immediately direct you to call online customer service and do the transactions yourself. We went there asking to help to open an account, and he said no. Today I went to ask with a wire help, he told me to call wire department (which is closed because it’s Saturday). I asked for a customer phone number, which he told me to look it up, and when I insisted, he very unhappily (because he had to work 🤣😂) handed me one of the plastic sample cards and allowed me to copy the number from the back. Best way to do business, or .... actually to loose every business.

I've called over 10 times today and nobody has picked up the phone yet. It's not a holiday.

Opened a business account today with Chase and I received excellent service from Shawn Focht. He was expeditious, inquisitive about my business, and personable. Exactly why I continue to partner with Chase. Appreciate your time and until next time. 🍻

With Chase since 2001 when it was Washington mutual. Absolutely awful experience with them anymore. I will be closing my personal and business accounts.

Tried to get help several times to refinance local home with chase in place Lazy loan officer...dismissed....to old...not interested in helping Wanted years and years of tax returns...sent ignored..... Ok

The Latino manager here is extremely rude. Completely unprompted attitude. Unacceptable
