Chase Bank Tres Pinos Rd, Hollister

Today 11/16/2021 My first time in Chase Bank in Hollister…waiting for 35’ I did not get any help. I talked to the manager and told me to make an appointment. The teller told me they can help me to open an account on 11/29/2021!!! Very disappointed!!! Cero stars for this bank not a good costumer service at all!!

Chase as an entire corporation is a giant scam I would never bank at this bank ever again they are scam artists interested in soaking every single penny drive from their customers. Save yourself the time and money and go with a credit Union or something that at least will give you interest if your gonna get screwed

We've been banking here for a long time. In most of my experiences, they staff has been very helpful. Lines can be long after work, but you're always greeted with a smile. They also have lock boxes for personal items.

how is it that an actual bank cannot take transactions with cash money? a Federal Reserve Note good for all debts public and private is not accepted unless you are an account holder at Chase Bank.how do they even call themselves a bank??

I deposited a check on monday August 19 and its on hold i got almost $300 dollars in overdraft my account is negative i can't use that money till August 28 and the person that give the check said that they took the money out of his account so where is my money why do they have to hold it for that long

Hi, I rate Chace Bank 5 stars🌟 because any time I go to the bank I got very good, everyone always treat me good. And I have no complaints about it. I being banking on this bank for more than 25 years and I haven't had any problem with them, I love all this people, they all know me by my name. I love Hollister Ca. Chase Bank.

Drive thru ATM still can't get hold of the deposited checks. Went to the branch and told them it's broken. Still a month and it hasn't been fixed. It may not be entirely the branches fault but it's still very unacceptable. Still trying to get hold of a rep but they are terrible at these hours. Going to have to report it tomorrow morning during normal business hours.

Best features: acct texts to your phone from your accts and NO OVERDRAFT CHARGES if you correct/deposit within 24hrs!! ATMs taken cash which credits your acct immediately. App is easy to set up and transfer money between accts. Open till six everyday but Sunday. Great bank when you have strange charges appear from the internet that shouldn't be there.... They've even texted me when charges appear from internet sources to verify their validity. The only thing that they don't do that my long time credit union does, is advance me cash a few days prior to my 2 monthly automatic deposits, which is very helpful some months. If they did, I'd only have one bank, Chase.

Waited 30 mins for a banker as they had conversations with someone who i assume was an employee that was off the clock (Considering he was behind the glass). Then someone who had left & came back was helped even after we were already waiting. Extremely unprofesional "service"

Walked in greeted but wanted to talk to someone.but lady who greeted me didnt give me chance to ask where to go ..then someone else cut in front of me to be helped and had to wait 40 min before i could talk to someone..
