Uve been calling for 3 days an left messages no response wat so ever

After reading other reviews, I was hesitant to go here, but the reviews were old so I gave it a try. Staff were nice, helpful, and efficient. It was clean and safe too. They also have drive thru ATM.

This branch is not very friendly and gives you the impression that they don't need your business. When I took a couple from Taiwan there to open a new account, we waited in the lobby for a good 5 minutes before someone showed up then we were told we need to make an appointment. So stuck up! The couple asked me if all banks in the US are like that. I said fortunately NO! At least the US Bank in Blue Ash would never treat customers this way, especially new customers. I have opened new accounts in Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and many different locations in the US. Never had I needed an appointment just to open an account.

The bank manager stood me up for an appointment that I set days in advance. His staff directed me to another Chase half way across town. Poor customer service. Chose another bank.

Extremely slow. There were 2 x cashiers, however both were doing administrative tasks and not attending customers. "Pam" had a discourteous tone

I am closing my account with Chase who I have been with for 5 years now. Kenwood location is awful! They treated me like I was trying to cash in a fake check, when in reality I was wanting to cash in a money order that I recieved from my baby shower. They stamped the back of the money order with cancelled and because of that nowhere else could cash my money order because of their mistake! I lost out on money I needed because they were rude and wanted to argue with me and my mother for several minutes about why they couldn't cash out a money order. Since when do you need the senders account info to pull money out of when money orders are already paid for upfront?? If you're going to work at a bank know your basic info and don't be rude and disrespectful to customers. Even the manager of the location was arguing with me. Three employees all rude for no reason!! Very unprofessional! They should find new management and new employees.

The guy who works in there he was so rude to me when I tried to deposit my tips I had got from work. And to make it worse he was the manager who treated me like that . The chase in mount lookout is soooo much better! But I moved so thats only reason I go to this 1 now. But I'm looking for a better 1 that's still close to where i moved.

I received amazing customer service today from Donna Bell. She handled closing the acct for my Mom who recently passed away and was extremely understanding, helpful and thorough. And very kind. Thank you Donna!

Unfortunately, after booking an appointment they not only blew me off once but twice, two days in a row. My time is valuable and I'll likely not set foot in this branch ever again.

Amazing staff! Thank you everyone for helping me with the “hold” on my account. I appreciate every single one of you. Everyone was so nice.
