Whoever your team member is by the name of Laura she is absolutely fantastic. She does an amazing job in this location and is a prized employee. Goes above and beyond to help people.

Dirt bags & criminals . Refused to cash my checks without having a “verification code” sent to my phone. Even though they had a copy of my drivers license and my bank card.

The employee Jamie W. was so rude and disrespectful. My sister and I presented a check to get cashed and the first thing she said was it could be fraudulent. As two young black women, we felt as if she racially profiled us right from the jump. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. If you come to this bank, request anyone BUT her.

Kevin went truly above and beyond for me at this location. I was blown away by his professionalism. He truly cared about my questions and even took an after hours call to explain something to me. Will absolutely be back to work with Kevin again next time I need something!

I always have great service when using the drive-up banking in my car. Everyone is friendly and always ask if there is anything else they can help with.

If I could give no stars I would show up at the bank at 9 o'clock to cash my check and the ATM's not working it's not working there's 5 cars deep in every drive-through lane I go to go inside and there's 12 people waiting you only to hire more employees and get your s*** together

I have continued to have issues with the atm. Friday I deposited $300.00 into atm it accepted $200.00 and kept $100.00. The $100.00 kept cycling on the tracks in the machine and it would not release it. I tried to knock on the door it was 10 min after 5:00pm no one responded even thought you can see people in the building which for the most part I can understand that part. I called and left a message to talk with management. No response or call back yet.

The is the Chase Branch in Bell Blvd in Cedar Park, TX. 1 thing I like about Chase is that as soon as you walk in, someone is ready to help you. They have several people there to answer questions. I had a special account there and in the duration, I had no problems. Here is a bank with a physical Branch Bank when other banks are going on line (good luck on contacting a person).

I need to deposit checks on the weekends because of work. Like clockwork I am greeted by a line of 7+ cars to get to the ATM every Saturday. As I write this review I have been waiting 25 minutes to use the ATM. This sucks.
