Excellent service. Quick and efficient! Everyone has a positive attitude here. Mr. Bagan help me today with some technical issues related my business account. Very polite and informative. I don’t really understand why the ratings are so low for this branch. I guess people only leave reviews when they are not happy. Thanks!

Stopped in to this branch, to open another account, mind you I have three accounts and two credit cards with Chase, The young man working bed this Saturday don’t know if we have any problems with minorities, but he do have a problem. I don’t know why he should be asking very personal questions yeah pertain to be in black just to open a savings account when I have numerous accounts here, but you don’t have to worry I won’t be coming there anymore what do you think Black people don’t have money.

Worst bank ever! Went to the local Chase bank at Wallington, NJ branch TWICE but never really got helped. So disappointed! I went there to see if I can get mortgage on an investment property using my home equity and current income. The lady said will call or email me but never did, this happened TWO times. Will never go there again.

Very ok Chase Branch because it is antiquated. There are quite a few great employees in the location that care about customers. Needs a remodel!

Been waiting for an hour without being able to speak to a banker.

All the bank tellers are extremely nice, professional, quick, & efficient! Positive atmosphere. I have no complaints!

Went in one time and didn't have a good experience, I normally go to Chase bank in Bloomfield and always have a great experience but I was in the area and HAD to go here. only 2 tellers and looked like one was in training, the line had 3 people before me and 3 after, customers were tired of waiting. I asked a Banker who was standing around doing nothing but having coffee for an empty envelope while i was with the teller and he told me to ask her for one but she was too busy teaching the other girl. basically he was being lazy and wanted to keep talking and having coffee. not professional at all

Old style banking which not good for the modern life style . I think they need to update their policy to fit the fast life style instead of offering new useless service
