Chase Bank IN, Shelbyville

The employees at chase are fairly nice and helpful. However, I spoke with an incredibly rude employee today who was not offering appropriate service. Not to mention, I closed my debit card for fraud and was told I would be sent a replacement, yet she told me one was never requested for me. She rudely explained why I wasn’t able to request one over the phone (even when I just verified all my information).

I always have great service when going to the bank in person. But no one will answer the phone when I call. This is very inconvenient as I live 20+mins away and need to schedule an appt. I've been trying to call for 2+weeks. Ugh.

I asked them to put a notification on my account that I will be traveling they said I can do that on my phone. Customer service, what's that? Also, card has been acting up at Walmart and Kroger, they said must've just been a glitch they can't do anything. Taking my business elsewhere.

Have several accounts here. Never can get anyone at this branch to answer the phone. Not even my “personal banker”

Always been very nice and helpful the few times I’ve been inside. Most of the negative reviews I see could be handled on the Chase app. Which is why I bank here. Probably not the best bank for boomers 🤷‍♂️

Pros: Very nice atmosphere, very friendly staff, free coffee, pens and suckers! Indoor ATM dispenses bills in your choice of size. Cons: 9-5 hours, closed Saturday, ATM in foyer closed off after hours, wait in lobby to speak with a loan officer who made phone calls in my behalf with no resolution to my issue. Why spend your day at the bank? I make all my check deposits on my phone with their awesome app. I go online and get immediate support with their secure message center, and you can even attach documents. They handled everything for me, and I got to stay home. All in all, I still love Chase. I just don’t waste my time visiting the branch in town.

Nice layout, nice people . No drive thru very hard for disabled to get out of car to go inside, not open on Saturday. No other branches have. to go all the way across town for ATM. Lost debit card paid for expedited shipping . Should've been here 3 days ago, still not here. Free shipping is 3-5days I could've did free shipping but I needed card in a hurry. Don't answer phones there

Tried to open an estate account here, they were handcuffed by Chase policy and could/would not help me. I went to 5th/3rd on a Saturday and they generated an account for me in twenty minutes with no waiting.
