Chase Bank Cross Timbers Rd, Flower Mound

Went into the branch to pay off our mortgage this morning. Richard at the counter assisted us and couldn’t have been nicer or delivered better service. He checked with a supervisor to insure that he was processing the transaction correctly. Both of them congratulated us more than once on this achievement. Thanks guys.

Over and over again have gotten BAD customer service from this branch. Tellers are great but personal bankers Chris and Gerry need to go back to customer service class 101. More than once have been asked illegal questions from online contacts and personal banker at the Lantana branch. Today at this branch they initially refused to comply with a court document. Funny how all of a sudden they let me into the safe deposit box when I threatened to close my accounts. Still closed my accounts. Stay away from all branches of this bank!!

Terrible service. You can't walk in and get help with your account. Was told we had to make an appt because the only "banker" working today was already busy all day. Since when do you have to make an appt in order to get basic assistance with an acct? Par for the couse with Chase.

Extremely disappointed with banker, Br..t T. that helped us opening up a new college checking for my son with 2 months ago. Husband initially made an appointment with the banker and mentioned to banker about the promotion of receiving $50 statement credit after using the debit card certain times and that is why we chose chase but husband had an emergency on the day of appointment so I went in with my son to open a new account there, of course I forgot to mention about the statement credit so did Bre..t and after using the debit card enough number of times and wasn’t seeing the credit, asked Brett, he answered “NO, because it wasn’t set up that way with a promo” I’m going to go close the account and have my son open his account elsewhere first thing next week. Where’s the “customer service”?!?! wTH!

Could not help me get a temporary card, guy at the front did not say hello the guy at the teller could NOT help me and said either I wait for an hour and a half or go to a different branch. I have a hard time believing that there was NO PNE around that couldn't see me sooner. I felt discriminated against because I'm gay. I was completely shamed at this branch. This is the second time this has happened at this particular branch. They say sorry but it’s an alleged sorry, they don’t care at this branch and someone in corporate should do something about it.

The branch manager here is the worst! Gary Whitner was so rude! I was trying to give them more business by opening a new business account and he refused to help me and made reference to me being a woman. I don’t know how people like him become managers!!!!!

Went to add my wife to my checking account, but nobody there to help, so I queue up in the teller line and wait. Finally get to the front and am told no banker is available and I need to have a seat. I can see what looks like a banker in his office, refusing to make eye contact. The teller continues helping others until we are the only people in the whole place. He goes to get someone name Garry who does a good job and helps us.

Walked in to get a cashier's check for our house closing. Right when I walked in I was greeted by Steven who was super friendly and as a congratulations he even waived the fee. Great customer service!

I called and spoke with Chris and asked some questions about the coupons I had seen online. I work a little up the road and said that I could come in on my lunch, so he postponed his so that I could come in. When I got there he took me right back and even helped me personalize my debit card, all while on my lunch. Then had enough time to talk about our dogs! Wonderful experience and hardly had to wait on help. My only complaint is that I have to wait for my debit card, been a week and still not in. But the wonderful customer service and friendly faces have made up for me being impatient LOL

This location in Flower Mound at Morriss and Cross Timbers has always been understaffed and struggling. I have been coming here for the past 4 years and the few times I have needed to come in to this bank the service is below average. Realize I have delt with this for the past 4 years, so I guess it’s fair to rate this chase location now. I honestly don’t feel any bank is that great however I prefer WellsFargo as they seem to have their banks staffed and ready to assist right away, unlike Chase Bank.
