Chase Bank Fair Lawn Ave, Fair Lawn

This is my second time trying to get something notarized at this location and each time they give an excuse why you should try a different location. How is it other locations such as Hawthorne is always so accommodating and this one is not. They ask a million questions about what you need to have notarized and then come back to say no availability .

Now in days people dont know what custommer service means. Ms. Marsha Pazzat is the best at what she does. You can see her experience just by the way she approache's you. She is so patient and take the time with every detail on your account. Thank you so much. Your the best🙏🏻

I have been a client for many years never an issue. Helen or Leonard, customer service representatives, are Always so helpful, friendly and welcoming every time.

Poor customer service! Always rude and unprofessional employees. This is the second time we stopped by trying to open an account during the Covid. While the branch was empty and the tellers were just chatting, we were turned away as we didn’t have an appointment. Do not go to this branch if you value your time!

Recently I had a need for notary public and Yelena Miroshnichenkova was really very helpful. In general I have a great experience banking in this Chase branch.

I lost my work credit card a month ago, I went to get a replacement card three times, the bank employees say that I will receive the new card to my address, but I have not received anything yet, I am seriously thinking of moving to another bank

I’m not sure if Jonathan is a teller or was the manager on duty; however, he was awfully rude and unpleasant to speak to. I won’t be coming back to this branch to rectify any banking issues I might have.

Sitting and waiting for over 40 minutes to see someone about closing an account. Ridiculous, people have things to do- this should not be something that takes an hour. The tellers are very nice. The drive through is convenient. But everything else here is slow and awful. I’d rather drive a little further for a better branch.

Not what chase bank should look like. Went there on Saturday morning and there were 4 employees inside and not s single customer. They were talking to each other and totally ignore me. Afyer they finished with conversation. I told them why I am there and got invited in one of the cubicles. After short conversation, employee grab my documents from the desk, without permission to see "what I have". She didnt even asked if that's for her. 1 star just for the parking lot.
