Chase Bank Broadway Ave, Melrose Park

Worst Chase location in terms of their atm's. This location has 4 ATM's and there's always at least one, if not two of them that are malfunctioning, or in the midst of repairs. Maybe it's time to either update the hardware, or install more units.

I went to take my mom to chase cause she wanted open up a bank account, They took us to one of their booth. We waited and waited half hour just seated…..the guy in his own words said “ I am so sorry totally forgot about you …..I was so mad and frustrated.

I have been going to Chase Bank Branch in Melrose Park for 6 years since l moved in this area from Harlem Irving Park ara. In this 19th Ave. Melrose Park Chase Bank, the personnel have been friendly, accommodating and always willing to help. The Manager, Zoraida Rodriguez, is always available to assist and answer questions l have asked, even if they are out of her way, the best Manager, knowledgeable and professional, The tellers, Samantha, Lis, Yolanda and Alex, are very helpful with a smile that always make me feel welcomed. My Chase Private Client, Adoracion Medina, who has been my mentor and advisor has provided, strategies of my professional accounts. I took 5k To deposit !! I counted 4 times before I went deposit lady grab my money put it on the machine and magically it was missing $100 she didn’t wanna count manually im 100% sure she stole my $100 bill smh !!!

Stopped in today, to get a withdrawal in specific denominations for tips on an upcomming trip. No wait, super friendly teller, had a short pleasant converaation about using my debit card abroad. Everyone greeted me with a smile. Excellent service.

Chase has been nothing but a disappointment. They do not care about their customers at all. I get nothing but the run around and nothing but poor customer service time after time again. I’m sick of it and I’m sick of this company. Unhelpful, unprofessional, unworthy of my business.

Horrible customer service , I went there and was attend by Marco Villagómez and branch Manager Zoraida Rodriguez they have poor customer service , save yourself sometime and go to another branch , No wonder why they have low ratings

Usually busy most weekdays, hard to find a time when there’s not too many people. They don’t replace debit cards on the spot. (If you lost it or had it stolen). They send it via mail and that’s not convenient at all
