I love this bank. Everyone is nice and helpful. Michael helped me refinance my house and he was great to work with. He explained everything all the way through, and it went through very fast.

I only opened an account here because it's closest to my residence. Plus the 300 dollars they offer you to start a new account was a bonus! Why lie?

I waiting in line for the teller than he got a phone call while I was with him and started helping somebody over the phone! Not providing undivided attention and publicly stating the person on the phones SSN and account number. He could not help us so I asked the manager to help, as she was doing nothing but looking at the ceiling and she was terrible and rude stating she does not "work" and cannot help, then starts helping people. I believe she is racist and I recorded the whole interaction. Complaint filed.

There is always a line despite the fact many of them are just sitting around doing nothing. They just installed these machines to be more efficient and I guess so they can be lazier and not require as many tellers. They are absolutely pointless, they never work and efficiency has even decreased. The staff is mostly women and they are extremely rude! All of them have horrible attitudes.

Amazing group that works here! My significant other and I were in a pinch. Friday during peak time we were trying to purchase a vehicle, and only had half the funds with chase and the other half at another regional bank(my fault should have transferred it before). The bank Manager ...she was on it! We told her our problem, and she stuck with us to make sure we got it figured out. She did everything from help with multiple transfer options to even walking us to the teller and explaining the situation and making it happen. We got the vehicle! Best experience I’ve had at a bank. Transferring all my business from the regional bank to Chase. Highly recommend this location, total rockstar team there.

Great customer service opening a new account at this branch. Super friendly staff, Joanne was amazing getting me started and opening my account. anytime I need to go into the branch everyone is nice and helpful. Love that you can use the app as your debit card at the atm. Glad I switched to Chase and this branch is one of the best.

I don't know what to think about this new manager Brandy..... We, 3 ppl came at 0357, they should be open till 0400, she locked the doors and was literally yelling at us from the inside " we're closed, we're closed" , even though we were saying that we still have 3 min to get in and we have a quick transactions, she was still YELLING " I don't care we're closed, I don't care, we're closed ". She sounded like a very mean person, that's all I can say. Now is April 17, 2020. I wish the boss of this manager reads this and be aware how unprofessional Brandy is.

used to be good branch, have closing on my property today, funds are available on the account, manager after 30 min wait time didn't let me to get a cashier check because checks are not cleared yet, went to another branch got cashier check in 2min.I am client since 2004 of this branch.
