Chase Bank Broadway, Elmwood Park

I went inside and someone from outside just came in and sat on one of the offices and said he works there, with know proper bank ID he took my social security number. He said he was on break? Identity theft.

Nice tellers. They sometimes don't know things but they will ask the manager if they don't. They always have coins and free lollipops. Don't always trust the people on the phone as they don't know so much. Not much of a wait usually and a nice waiting area if kids want to watch Netflix during your transaction. They have wifi.

It's okay, it just needs more ample parking and it gets really busy...

I don’t usually leave reviews but this lady Rosana was so nice and helpful it felt nice talking with her. Some people actually try to help how they can. Thank you

They never pick up the phones. You need an appointment for anything and you can never get any help.

I have to say is this if you do not like your job why work in place you do not like attend people the right way? I had an experience with person here idk if he was David or no since when I arrive he did not tell me his name smh that's 1, 2 he was rushing threw everything 3 when ask me to put in pin he had an attitude over all disappointment to open account here but since this was close to me came here next time I need assistance rather go esle were but I will not come back here every again.

don't go on closing hours they just won't do a good service. I have to fill out a form which one of the employees helped me to filled out and for nothing because I had to go to a different branch just to find out the filled out all wrong and had to. do it all over again and wait 48 hours to used my founds. This is a bad bank, I wanted to open an acount, the woman said, you had to bring me the bill, passaport.. Alright I get it.. I just had the passaport, so I coundn't do it.. And then I went to the line to Exchange money ( 100 for singles) and she said sorry we can't do that you have to have your acount 😠😡 so upset

I’ve been to this branch numerous times and when I needed assistance, I’ve received exceptional service each time.

My first review was very bad because of slow service but after a year going there, it has gotten a lot better.
