Let me start off by saying Josline/Jocelyn (not sure how she spells) is just absolutely the BEST! She was so helpful in my time of need. She came up with a solution for helping me out off the top of her head and I just really can’t thank her enough for trying to exhaust all possible options and actually following through and making it happen. This girl needs to get a promotion for sure!! I would’ve gave her a hug if I could! 10 stars thank you so much for the A1 service

Chase as a bank is fine - the customer service at this branch was less than satisfactory. I was told that I would be able to get a sign up bonus when I opened an account. When I asked about it again they said I didn't apply a coupon and therefore couldn't get the bonus, even though they had previously said they could apply it. 👎

I am not shocked to see this branch has such poor ratings. My experience with them has been poor. I’ve dealt with blatant incompetence and then they don’t even make up for the many mistakes they make with decent customer service. You’d think Chase bank would idiot-proof their systems so branches like this aren’t such a hassle for their customers.

One star for location. You have to enter a parking lot that you need to take a ticket for. Then if the only ATM isn’t working outside, you need to go inside and sign your name on some clipboard Before entering. So annoying. Most oddest chase I’ve ever been to.

In the 55+ years that I have been banking, I have never seen so many screw-ups as in this past month. It started when somebody, somewhere, got hold of our routing number (easy -- it applies to all accounts at a given branch) and account number (and I bet they give those out sequentially). One fly-by-night company generated an "electronic check" in November, which I reported to the bank as fraudulent. That one went okay. Then a _different_ fly-by-night company did the same thing again in early January. Again I caught that when reviewing the statement and reported it. But _this_ time, Chase Bank put a "hold" on my account -- without telling me. Alerted by these two incidents, we went to our branch and opened a new checking account. We planned to wait until all the outstanding checks had cleared, then transfer the remaining balance from the old account to the new one. Little did we know... Our first warning that something might not be quite right occurred when we got the first batch of pre-printed checks (not the temporary pack they give you when you first open the account). The heading should have read: (name of our trust) DATED (date) (my name) (wife's name), trustees (address) Instead, the first line read: (name of our trust) DAT (date) Then we got a letter from some internal auditing office of CHASE that the name on the account was wrong and we needed to go to the bank to straighten it out. We talked to somebody who seemed almost-competent, except that she somehow thought the mis-spelling of DATED was _our_ mistake. My wife pointed out that the letter with the mis-spelling was written by CHASE, not us. So we finally got checks ordered with the right spelling. And, yes, they eventually arrived. Correctly spelled, although missing the second line above. Okay, we'll live with that. Then we got a notice from our phone company that a check had bounced. We needed to pay it PLUS a bounce fee of $45. I called Chase and found out about the "hold" on the old account. And tried to get it taken off, but the person I was talking to -- somewhere in the fraud department -- seemed to be empowered only to recite some long formula, in a foreign accent and too fast to be understood. I asked him to repeat it, slower. He repeated it FASTER. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said "Whatever" and hung up on me. I immediately called Chase's main customer service to complain about that, but they couldn't even find the phone call in their records. Efficient? No. I never experienced anything like this. Before this past year, we had 40+ years of good service at Chase and its predecessors: Western Federal, then Home Savings of America, then Washington Mutual. Something is wrong there, but I don't know what.

I was on time for my appointment . They made me wait 45 minutes for my scheduled appointment. At the end of the story they didn't helped me at at. The Banker said i have to make 50.000 dollars investment. What ? So if you're not a millionaire you can't do any investment on this Branch.

WARNING: The employees at this branch have realized that they can abuse their authority here, and continue to be supported by the Chase corporation, despite customers such as myself calling to report very unprofessional behavior, and refusal of service for no reason other than what appears to be of discriminatory nature. I am adding this to the collection of one star reviews for this bank. If I could add NO STARS, I would. They offer anti-customer service. It is a joke. You call the corporate offices to report how bad it really is, and nothing is done. On top of all this due to my report to the corporate office trying to find a solution and report how truly unprofessional the employees and "executives" at this branch behave, and all they did was waste many phone calls making it clear that they did not believe my complaint, and also wasting more time with all the phone calls, just to now FREEZE my account, with NO PRIOR notice, on a holiday weekend. They are terrible. Even if the Chase bank "Presidential Office" didn't take my complaint seriously, it appears they don't take anyone's complaint seriously as there are so many reviews reporting below par, if not 0 customer service, yet Chase continues to allow the bankers and tellers to operate on this level of chaos. The employees of this branch have created false accusations and filed false reports about what happened about 10 days ago when I went into the branch to get a direct deposit form. They literally lied to their corporate offices and say I did things I didn't do. Upon asking corporate to review the tapes, and look into this, they FROZE my account and have completely disregarded my complaint which was 100% honest. They could have at least given proor notice to freezing my account on a 3 day weekend with no prior notice. I am going to a credit union after this experience-the worst bank I have had since creating my first checking account in 2005.

I came in today to open a business account and Henry Raimi helped me out. I received excellent service and all the staff members were polite and friendly.
