Literally always take 20 minutes just to go thorough the drive up. Horrible service.

Horrible Customer Service. Between the teller April Jordan, and the manager Devon Flores this bank lacks flexibility, knowledge, and overall customer service. Went in to deposit a check into a business checking account, and was given a run around first by the teller then the manager. Neither knew what to do with an endorsed check from a third party. The manager told me that she couldn't deposit the check because the 3 party needed to cash it and write me a personal, then I couldn't cash it because I would need the company to re-issue me another check. (The run-around was nonsense and so unreasonable.) Was there for over an hour and the manager, instead of helping come to a solution continued to tell me about how great this branch did with their last audit. Well fortunately for them customer service wasn't part of the audit. When trying to express my frustrations Devon just rolled her eyes and became very defensive, Don't waste your time dealing with hourly employees who have no proficiency and no understanding in their job duties. This branch is a waste of energy. The manager Devon Flores is rude and incompetent. What she lacks in customer service she definitely make up in attitude. I thought Chase was better than this.

Always has great customer service here..Dont understand the winers comment about the service..Maybe they were mistakingly at the bowling ally down the street...

Terrible Service they don't have a designated person working the Drive Thru then they waited on another person who got in line after me...SMH Real, Real Bad Service and they Never Answer the Phone

Horrible service. They did not disclose the conditions of the wire that caused the huge business issue. I have called them multiple times for 2 hours now and no one picks up the phone.

I needed to get a cash advance from my credit card... Tried a few Banks, and all they said, 'no'. Chase was able to help me out, even though I didn't have an account. THANKS 👍👍👍
