Exceptionally rude and inconsiderate and nearly condescending branch manager, who is possibly of Korean heritage, who attempted to assist me with resetting my PIN for my Chase Debit. (He sits at the front of the branch towards the corner by the front entrance). His last name must have been Kim or Lee. Honestly, he stated bluntly and unprofessionally, "I do not see your total balance in your account to be eligible for being a Chase Private Client member. Yet, you have Chase Private Client... Is there a problem?", and I remember these words as crisp as day, as I was particularly agitated by his uncalled-for remark. I gave him a death glare with my eyes because if someone is going to mock and insult me slyly and indirectly, remember this.... I helped out during the coronavirus times being a professional registered nurse. (But, no one seems to care enough about what others do, or what I do, when we live in a highly individualized-and self-centered society). In short, I do not recommend this particular Chase branch. Worst branch of chase..have been banking with chase for 14 years this is the only branch that doesn't open on time..branch open time is 8:30 am and it wasn't open until 8:50..wasted 20+ mins and no one was there

I came to deposit my girlfriend's paycheck which is typically DD'd. However, her recent promotion, and increased salary transferred her to a new department. I am not an account holder at chase. I was made to feel as if I were. Unbenounced to any staff, I was helped, greeted and provided fast and excellent service as if it were my own bank account. The entire check was cleared next day. Highly recommend this location, and kudos to the staff.

Excellent Service, definitely one of the best Chase Banks in the area.
