Chase Bank E Ave, Fountain Hills

We have just moved to Arizona from Oklahoma. We started a new job here, so our first check was paper. They wouldn’t cash my wife’s check because she still has the old CDL that expires this year. They tried to say they looked up the drivers license for Oklahoma and couldn’t find it but yet I had no problem using google. They cost us time and inconvenience because Chase bank wouldn’t accept a FEDERAL DRIVERS LICENSE. Don’t worry, we won’t be opening any accounts there

I've banked with Chase for 14 years, including over 10 years at this location, including both personal and three business accounts. Service is stellar! Several bankers know me by sight, and are always eager to help. Chase has the best online system in the industry (though it could still use a few improvements), and their ATM systems print an image of your deposited checks on the deposit receipt! No more having to remember the source of the deposit!

I was waiting for the bank to open t 8:55 am one of the teller she saw me standing there she walk toward the door and open for me to come in. she really don't have to do that because it was not time, that really nice of her and she all smile. it's show that she like what's she doing. she make customers felt welcome. her name is Jennie I think I remember correctly it's was on Wednesday October 29th.

If you want a bank that won't pick up It's phone most of the time and even if you are a member of It's exalted private bank you can't get through the auto voice system you should bank here. I've had my primary account with Chase and its predecessor banks for 40 years. Now they are terrible!!!

Hello - I was in this week to draw $100 off of my debit card from DES unemployment. Minutes after that transaction another $100 came off the card. One of your tellers was having trouble with my transaction so I was asked to move to the teller at the next window. It took her seconds and I was off with my $100. You said just one transaction appeared but the more I think about it couldn't a teller run this again and wipe off any record of having my card hit twice. I was told there was one transaction but Chase Customer Service - DES does show 2 transactions for $100. I never thought about it being one of the bank personnel but what else? I never used my card that day until the evening and found there was only an approval for $40. It's bad enough to be unemployed but to have people steal from you is really depressing. I will file fraud charges and Chase - DES is investigating! $100 means much more to me than you. You have a job! Karen Garrett

One of the worst banks I have ever had to deal with. Phone calls are never answered or returned and if by chance you do get someone they pass you to someone else who can't help. Have been trying to work with them for 2 months now and keep getting the run around. Large some of money missing.
