Feels pretty great keeping my money in a bank that doesn't allow it's customers to use the bathroom! Thanks Chase!

Always courteous and accommodating staff. Never had any issues with this branch or their ATM be it in the entrance hall or inside by the tellers’ counter. The atmosphere is pleasant and and inviting. The waiting times depend upon the customer volume. At times there is no waiting and at times there might be a reasonable delay.

I have only had a semi- bad experience at this bank. I was informed I could withdraw a particular amount from the drive up ATM by a banker inside. Unfortunately, that was not the case but I was able to withdraw the amount from the ATM inside the bank. I also appreciate that they close at 6PM Moday-Friday. When I opened my first account, Jay was very helpful! I'm grateful to be banking with Chase.

In my opinion this is an incredibly terrible bank with horrific customer service and management whom lack the knowledge of their own banks policies. I personally have observed the inconsiderate attitudes of the customer service and management people costing me a lot of time, money and stress on both trips after being turned away twice. The second time was after doing exactly as I was told the first time I was turned away. This banks treatment was the worst I have seen in all of my 60 years of life. Their own management cannot communicate properly with the customers. While visiting their New Haven (Woodbridge) branch I was told what I needed to do in order to finish my business I had with them and I went and did all that I was previously told by the customer service rep and the manager on my first trip there and returned only to be turned away on my second trip back there. I was still refused service when I returned on my second trip there for yet an entirely different reason then what they had told me on my first visit. If they were knowledgeable with the banks practices and had explained the situation in full and correctly to me in the first place I would not even have wasted my time, money and stress to take the second trip to return to the JP Morgan Chase Bank on 149 Amity Rd in Woodbridge, CT. After such a terrible experience on both occasions with this branch I will never return ever again. I'd like to thank them for the very unpleasant experience at there branch and I know someday they too will find themselves in the same kind of predicament as I and will share the same horrible experience. And only then will they understand my trauma. Especially as I went to a different branch and they were able to take care of my business I had with the bank quickly, efficiently and without a single problem. What a shame!!!

While I was traveling for 6-months out of the country in Europe I had unauthorized charges to my credit card. When I returned to the USA, I immediately contacted Chase Bank to report the fraud. My credit score in the meantime dropped by more than 100 point. I made countless efforts to resolve this dispute but Chase has only given me the run around. I am now forced to take them to court to litigate the claim. I have dealt with over a dozen banks in my lifetime and have/had an excellent credit history. I do not recommended anyone to ever do business with Chase Bank or their credit card department. * The banking Commission will be notified that this bank has no arbitration department to settle disputes forcing past clients to take their arbitration to civil courts. If I could give this bank a negative 1-Star rating, I would!!

Today is Tuesday, March 15, 2016. I called the bank on Amity Rd. Woodbridge/New Haven, Connecticut. After a number of rings, an automated pleasant voice answered. The voice did not tell me I had called Chase Bank. It told me that they were busy with other customers and that I should call back or call their 800 number. I was calling to speak to the manager. I am not and have never been a customer of Chase. Yet I managed to get on their mailing list and received unwanted marketing mail for quite a while. I appealed to the manager about a year ago to have me removed and he, somehow, did that. You see I have a post office box number so I am now on another mail list as "Our Neighbor" at the box number. I was calling to see if he could work his magic and have me, Chase Neighbor, removed once again. I am one of those people who doesn't like 'junk' mail and I go to great lengths to be removed. So this review is: bad customer service having an automated message ask customer to call back and helpful manager respecting my request to be off mailing list.
