Chase Bank N Collier Blvd, Marco Island

We met with Alex today and he was amazing. He did everything we needed very quickly but was thorough! He cared about what we needed and made sure to address every single concern and request with professionalism and kindness! We love Chase but really, Alex is one of the reasons we do! John, the branch manager was great to chat with as well. Glad we bank with Chase!

Absolutely terrible bank. The drive through atm has messed up twice. It ate my cash and did not give me any type of receipt or anything for it. Then said they we’re unable to help me because they were short staffed so I had to call. Terrible customer service and terrible ATMs. Questioning switching banks from these experiences.

As a small business owner, I have fairly extensive and unique needs from a bank. So far, the staff at chase bank have exceeded any and all expectations. Normally, if they are not busy, you can walk in and sit down with a banker to go over any questions or situations that you may have.

Unlike some of the reviews on here, all I have ever had was excellent service. Everyone at this branch works extremely hard, is very professional, and genuinely wants to help. They have gone above and beyond for us many times.

i can't even give a valid 1 star to this location. These people sucks. I tried calling this number regarding my account, the person who picked up the phone just told me "Stop Calling ME". Like wth! they're suppose to assist me and not hung up on my face like that! this place is absurd!

The Marco Island branch is not even worthy of 1 star. I called to speak to the manager because the teller could not find our account number. Even after writing it and giving her a Chase deposit slip. The drive thru teller named Marianna HUNG UP ON ME! I called back and they would pick the phone up and hang it up again. Unprofessional and RUDE! I will escalate this terrible experience immediately!

My employer paid me twice with another check bank that didn’t have funds. Therefore, Chase bank was placing a 20 DAYS HOLD on any deposite after this. I opened an account where my employer checks were coming. Went to deposit a CASHIERS CHECK. Chase bank put a hold of 2 days to my deposited cashiers check. I sopoke with the manager Mrs. Abby Holman, and asked for the reason of the hold. She had no idea why and didn’t give me any alternative solution or someone else to call. Complete waste of my time. considering I am a Dentist my time, as anybody else is very important. Finally I called the number on my debit card. Customer service informed me that the 2 days was an estimate and the funds most likely would be available tomorrow, if not to call them again. If you need accurate information and good customer service, I wouldn’t recommend this branch, not Mrs. Holan either

The ATMs are always broken. The one in the drive-thru never works and dispenses the wrong money. I usually just go to 7-Eleven and pay the extra $3.50 so I don't have any hassle.

Bank is consistently understaffed. 20 minutes to get a simple withdrawal. 40 minutes waiting for a notary.

I stopped by twice and was unable to get a banker. I left my cell both times to get a meeting and never received a call back. Twice!!
