Spoke to branch manager regarding service fee issue. She seemed disinterested in helping. And said there is nothing she can do. Called chase customer service and that person was well informed helpful and resolved the issue. Terrible service at the branch

Recently i had an issue that was quickly and professionally resolved. This is a great branch and great addition to our neighborhood with extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable people providing top notch and personal service. Bankers are extremely rude. They act as like police officers, it was very funny. I can not understand why chase Bank closed branch in Norwood. Norwood branch was better than Closter branch, bankers were very kind with lots of experience.
