    I wish I could give it zero stars. The security man at the door asked me why I was there, yet still had me sit and wait for 15 minutes even though the bank couldn’t even help me. The young brunette who tried to help me was very unprofessional and sat next to me in a chair in the waiting area in front of a group of strangers rather than bringing me to a secure location by a desk. Who does that??? I don’t need strangers hearing that I am trying to withdraw a large sum of cash! Then adding the fact that I wasn’t even able to withdraw money from my account at that branch is a joke. What is the point of having a bank branch there if I CANNOT EVEN WITHDRAW MY MONEY. Chase is going way downhill and I will be closing all of my accounts next time I go in.

    Why have a bank if you have to wait forever to talk to someone or make a transaction. Horrible business model and customer service is a joke. I guess chase is making more money cutting back on labor. Must look good on their books.

    Horrible experience. They have removed ALL the walk-up windows and along with it most of the customer service. To buy a money order I had to sign in, wait, learn the only person capable of issuing a money order was at lunch, wait more, give up and drive to another branch across town. I’ll spend the afternoon looking for a bank that offers real services, not profits over people.

    Had a terrible experience with Logan Reynolds. He said he would take care of an issue for me on my business account. Said he would call back the next day and never did. I called back repeatedly over the next 2 weeks only to get no reply. If you’re a small business owner don’t go to this branch. You will get overlooked.

    I have no idea what people mean by better outdoor atm, or unhelpful staff, I never had had a problem here, clerks are very helpful and friendly. If you don't like the outdoor atm, you can use the inside atm, even when they are closed with a chase card of any kind. Frankly I believe my lower review counterparts are the kind of people that don't ask the right questions, and get confused easily by any sort of explanation, quickly writing a review to express their "opinions".

    Had to get bank statements for my State ID and the person(Josh) who helped me was extremely patient with me and very obliging in trying to figure out how we could get the statements with limited identification confirmations. Would recommend this location for people switching banks or needing assistance with their information. Josh is the GOAT 👌

    This branch is a joke I went there they have one ATM no tellers no nothing . I have had nothing but problems with this Bank the only reason I keep an account here is because I get a discount on my mortgage from the same bank. The only bank account I have that they require ID to make a cash deposit they say it's the law but I have three bank accounts and no other bank makes me show my ID which I don't care it's just the principle of the matter I'm not trying to hide anything.

    They never answer the phone. Upon arrival terrible customer service. They have a skeleton crew working.

    I came back to this bank. Apparently Christina is the only banker that is nice and professional. Today the bankers were exceptionally rude. While waiting patiently for several minutes. They would not even acknowledge us. Then they started helping people that they wanted to. Not the order they where waiting. Never once did they say a word to us. We finally got tired of waiting and just left.

    Fast efficient workers. Always friendly. They are quick to help fix problems that I’ve had. Overall pleased with them. It’s been 4 years now I’ve been a customer.
