Chase Bank Cedar Lake Rd, St Louis Park

Beware! Most bank lobbies are closed on the weekend, with their atm’s too. Ones that aren’t locked up look like this. Also, banker was 0 for 3 on specific interview ?’s I asked before joining. Extreme ignorance or lying?

I can only speak to the quality of the Cedar Lake Road branch, but I have been very impressed with the Private Bank team that's setup shop. I never really gave much thought to having a 'neighborhood bank', but this has become my primary branch due to the great location and that I'm rarely (if ever) waiting in the line for more than a couple minutes. Even then, they have a person who greets you when you come in and helps prep you for when you get to the front. They have an ATM outside that is accessible even when the branch is closed. I'm not sure if that's newer tech, but it works well and you can even deposit checks. They also have access to a bunch of other Chase products that I've been looking and I've never felt 'sold to' when I'm in the branch.

I have been a Chase client for a long time, but this branch has got me seriously considering changing out. So far, total lack of any customer service or support. Phone system always presents them as busy and doesn't offer any options but to call back later. Very much annoyed.

The young lady that greeted me and helped me out was very nice. Never used an ATM before. Chase has always been very professional and straight with me, this location seems no different (which is a good thing).

Why was my account closed after visiting this branch.? No reason what so ever was given all I got was a message your account is closed and we can not disclose the reason to you after holding an account with chase for just 3 weeks. I deposited $200 to keep the account active and still yet my personal checking was closed. I do not understand what kind of banking system this bank runs.

Difficult to reach an actual person at this bank. Their branch phone number goes through a digital answering service. Must keep pressing zero to connect to an actual person at this branch location. I recommend making an appointment. Also, beware of account fees. I will most likely go elsewhere for my banking services.

Absolutely best customer service experience I have received in years Phoua ( hope i spelled name correctly) extremely patient and kind. Brought my Father & Mother in law in to sign important papers need a notary of republic. Dad in failing health she took her time helped us with all necessary paperwork for signature never rushed us appointment was for an 1hr we spent 2hrs in branch. Every last rep was extremely kind i can't say enough about the experience we had at this location. Thank you again from bottom of my heart

I’ve been a Chase customer for years and am thrilled there are now branches in the Minneapolis area. The employees at this branch were fantastic - extremely welcoming and showcased great customer service. I want to especially thank Banker Eric L for going above and beyond to help us out. We waisted the half of the day in this bank. And they couldn’t open a new account. I asked over the phone what should I bring. And brought 2 forms of ID. They asked for a married certificate.... we went home and brought it. After that they told us to have Utility bills with my name on it. Are you kidding? Can you say it all from the beginning? Never ever I would recommend to go there...

First time visiting a Chase Bank branch and the experience was great. The branch staff was friendly and worked quickly to address my needs. Highly recommend!
