Terrible customer service. I got to the bank 15 minutes before close wanting to turn in some coins. The teller rudely told me she was not going to serve me because they were about to close and they were too busy for that kind of thing. She used a snarky tone and made my request sound like it didn’t matter. There was no one else in line. It typically takes tellers about 5 minutes or less to do this, so she had plenty of time. She just didn’t serve me because she didn’t want to deal with counting coin rolls. Don’t go to this branch if you want to deal with rude tellers that waste your time.

Today was the first bad experience with Chase and this branch in particular. I called yesterday (8/22/19) to set up an appointment with the notary. I was assured that the branch closes at 6:30pm and there will be notary on site. However, I insisted to make an appointment for 6:15, as I know the person who has to get the documents signed with me would have to get off work at 5:30 could make it there, so his 45 minute drive wouldn't go to waste. I was, however, very surprised that when we showed up at 6:15pm, the notary left at 6:12pm! After further discussions with the staff on site, we figured it makes sense to go to UPS, as the staff won't help. Which we did, and get our papers signed in less than 5 minutes for $10 charge. Thanks Chase, I am not sure how I can set up appointments in the future with you...

Took me 20 mins to withdrawal 300 dollars from the drive through window. The girl was wasting my time on purpose i think i may have to change banks after this. Wasting my time is unacceptable.

Had to witness my friends quit-claim deed a house from their name to an LLC's name. Clerks were very knowledgeable and efficient about dealing with the paperwork.

Terrible customer service!! First time to this particular branch and you can be sure I won't be back!!! I've been with Chase since 2007 and will only use the ATM!! I suggest they close this branch.

Chase is the worst of all the banks. Highest fees etc. This branch of chase is the worst of them all. Clerk wouldn't change a hundred for the community garage sale. I mistakingly asked if they could make an exception. Pencil neck loser manager repeated the same thing clerk said and wouldn't change the bill. I have since closed all my accounts with them and will never do business with them again. Horrible Bank!!!

Chase bank completely screwed me over with my home equity line of credit. They arbitrarily chose to drop my account due to false information they had regarding my credit rating. After over 30 years of being a customer, and 2 months and three credit reports showing a 758 credit rating, they're standing by their decision to cancel my credit line. A hearty FU to Chase Bank and a heart-felt FU to office manager Maria and account exec. Ray for dropping the ball on this. Pitiful customer service. Actually, no customer service. This is the nearest chase bank, It’s convenient for me. On the other hand these lady tellers are 100% racist and rude. I hate coming here. Most depressing customer experience

Best customer service. They always greet everyone as they walk in. They do the best to get everyone in and out. Keep up the good work!
