The worst bank to deal with all over Sarasota and Florida area the guy that worked there his name is Robert was really rude. It’s really embarrassing to see people that work for public bank talk like that

The drive thru ATMs dont work when depositing money. It’s happened countless times and im just never coming back to this location due to the inconsistency of this locations ATM machines. I warn others that you’ll waist time going to the ATMs there. This wasn’t a once,twice, even three time occurrence. This has been an every time occurrence.

Was givin the run around 4 times at this location and mis information, wasting my time countless times. Switched banks ..

Would give negative stars if I could. The manager is an absolute joke, nothing more than the latest corporate shill, couldn't manage an all night bowling alley in Oregon at 2am. Find another bank.

Very nice place to bank at. Management is great and it shows.

I had interactions with various staff at this branch and noticed that their excellent services are very consistent. My guess would be the exceptional management. Sandy, the branch manager setup a good example. Regardless whether Sandy serves client directly or just supports one of her staffs who works directly with client, it’s guaranteed clients walk out of the building with satisfaction.

Finally... a bank with a manager and a wonderful support team that treat you like a neighbor not a number. I am looking forward to the first annual cookout that is rumored to be happening summer 2021!!!

No problems, they try hard. They have a great manager from Chicago. Chicago, where they know how to do business. A lot of crime & corrupt politicians, but (again) they know how to do business.

I have never had a bad experience here, even as a walk in, or just calling and asking questions, I never have to wait long and I’m always satisfied!
