Chase Bank Hicksville Rd, Massapequa

This busy bank is my bank . The staff is always friendly.helpful and competent. ATMs are handy and pay cash in various denominations .

I stopped by to cash and deposit a check on Tuesday , 7/28/20 . Although living about a mile from the branch for most of my 65 years and having been very much dependent on Chase since gaining custody of my son during a harrowing divorce , this was only my second visit , as deportment in other Chase branches was far more professional ( if one needs to stuff a wad of gum in one's mouth , one should not seek employment in a bank !) . However , I was in a rush , so gave this very local branch a second chance......and was delighted with my teller , Sherine . Patient , well spoken , considerate , very cordial , well kempt , .....and unostentatiously attractive ; if every bank teller was this enjoyable to deal with I would stop by weekly just to withdraw gas money ! ....... Hoping cordial professionalism remains at my local Chase ....and rude habits remain absent .......

I go to this branch whenever I have to bank with Chase. Cooperative staff. Bani Malhotra is the best there. Is very helpful and cooperative.

I’ve been to the drive through a few times and have never had an issue. Workers were kind.

Worst place to ATM. Outside ATM and the door to inside ATM don't work half the time.

Drive up ATM doesn't work even with a Chase ATM card

They must train tellers here, after 30 years of banking here I get ID every 2 weeks cashing my pay check. I am here 3 times a week making deposits for my business. Still get ID. Not user friendly

Definitely one of the most unfriendly place you could go banking.
