Chase Bank W Rte, Monsey

ATM Machine is broken. Wait line is way too long, unjustified. It just doesn't make sense for a bank to take this long amount time. I waited more than 20 minutes to be seen.

The manager at this branch is a hater. He is rude and disrespectful. I have had multiple run ins with him and always say I will never come here again, but it's around the corner from my home, so I deal with his crappy attitude and service. Through the years they always have new employees. I wonder why, must e because of his hordinius attitude and hate towards people. His manager of this branch will tell you off and will get very aggressive with you. I would stay away from here. And I hope they fire him. Chase is a good bank. He is a bad person with a horrible soul. A real hater.

Why is there only one drive thru ATM for such a busy branch? I wish your service would emulate other (less over crowded) banks/branches. Perhaps your excuse for having subpar service is that there is no need to care about your clients' wait time because you have so many of them at this branch?

As considerably the best local Chase branch, I have never experienced any negative stipulation nor unfriendliness/bias as previously mentioned in other caption reviews.

The manager in this location is very rude and disrespectful. He does not know how to talk to people. He is arrogant.... That makes me don't even want to go inside of that bank... This is the worst chase bank location....

I always thought Chase bank is the best bank out there, but they proved themselves otherwise. CHASE HAS ruined their reputation. They decided to restrict my account and freeze my hard earned payroll money!!!!! I deposited a check and Chase took the money out of the issuers account immediately but didn't put the money into my account, instead they froze my account. If they need to verify issuance of a check because they are afraid that the check wasn't issued by the owner of the account then WHY ARE THEY TAKING THE MONEY OUT OF THAT PERSONS ACCOUNT????!!!!!!!! They should leave the money in the persons account until they can verify issuance, but instead they take the money out of the account and KEEP IT IN THEIR POCKET FOR A WHILE!!!!

Not sure about the other reviewers. I always had a good experience here. Opened already a few bank accounts here for personal and business. Staff was always nice and courteous. No complaints at all. This is a bank. You put your money here so they safeguard it for you until you need it. They also let you write notes against your money. It's called a check. You can use it to pay your bills or local grocer. They also have two automatically machines you can use when the tellers are busy or after hours. They call them ATMs. One is located inside the building and one in the drive thru. You put in your own chase card with your special encrypted code, give the computer your password and it will spit out cash. Good parking.

Very bad customer service , I wait more than 20 min to cash a check after I show my passport with second i.d and mr. Brar the desk teller didn't accept it. Just loosing of time!!

very bad! the manager send me away before 6 when they officially closing and the tellers always make you feel stupid......
