Chase Bank 21st Ave, Federal Way

Convenient location, consistently friendly & attentive tellers, and the building has great architecture to boot. -1 star for the litter and unmaintained landscaping oftentimes seen surrounding the building, and another -1 star for lacking a bike rack.

Well where to start... I've closed out my account after 10 plus years because mid pandemic Chase allowed my account to be hit three consecutive times with fraudular events totaling out to be about $500 in losses and did nothing to help or get any of that money back and when reported I was treated like I was the one who made these incorrect purchases... It's really sad because I've never had an issue up until the pandemic and I feel like I could not continue to bank here any longer.

Great service! I came in with my sleeping 2 year old and Divya sat me down and stood in line for me to complete my transaction! So super sweet of her, and made my Monday so much easier 🙏💕

This is the worst Chase Bank branch that I have ever been to. Having banked with several banks, I have not seen a more unprofessional bank staff. I had 2 problems. This is the nearest branch for me, however, managment is so bad, that I have to drive to another branch to take care of business. This time the Teller asked for my ID, and I gave it her, she forgot to return it. She called me later that day and said she has my ID and they will keep it for me. As I was out of town the next day, I came for my ID the day after. They couldn’t find my ID and lied to me stating that they have a policy not allowing them to keep it more than one day. So they destroyed it.

Really long lines and only one person working

I was waiting 10 minutes at drive thru and nobody did serve me , it was open and I saw them inside. At this branch it’s very difficult to get anything done , they are slow and it seems like they don’t know what they are doing.

Courteous, Friendly and efficient! Always a treat for my puppy passenger too❤️

Three people told me three different things and i ended up not being able to open an account because I don’t go to college at age 17. Arvin whatever tf his name is, is ignorant and has no people skills. I’m shutting my account down from a different branch so i don’t have to come back here and be around these people ever again. Didn’t even get anything done

Arvin Kumar is the worst banker I have dealt with in my entire life. He has no customer service period. People stay away from this branch when opening up a new accounts. Bad Bad customer service. That guy makes you feel like you have done something wrong.
