Chase Bank 169th St, Hammond

Staff is always quick to help and very polite. My father just passed away so they were very empathic and helped me close our joint account and open my own without any extra stress. The staff was very knowledgeable and assisted me on finding what type of account would be the best fit for me and ordered my debit card and had me on my way in no time... Highly recommended for anyone wanting a very secure account and great customer service .

This branch is absolutely ridiculous. They take tellers away & their two outside ATMs NEVER EVER ARE WORKING 100% parking lot is way to small NEVER ANY PARKING TO use inside ATMs. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ATMs ARE WORKING. One ATM outside won't accept deposit other one won't dispense cash or not working at all. Gas way to high to drive to highland or calumet Ave branch. Quit taking on customers if you your 2 ATMs can't handle the the amount of volume it takes on. VERY VERY UNACCEPTABLE

Went to open my daughter's bank account computer issues caused the process to be longer than it needed to be and to be incomplete and a debit card was not ordered. I was told to call back to order card if it didn't order due to issues. Called and customer service couldn't reorder and branch wouldn't reorder by phone only in person which takes more time from me to do something that should have been done. On top of that it took over 10 calls before someone at the branch picked up the phone. Not happy at all with the service I received.

2 stars because customer service was always good and professional. But as a banking system , Chase was always in some sneaky way trying to take my money. Can't recall any experience right now because it had been years since I fooled with them.

My experience here was terrible. this slim lady at the canter was not useful at all. to the extent she made my at to be at risk. just a question, she will be offended. and once she heard your accent and maybe you're a foreigner hmmm you're a suspect. please DO NOT GO HERE THEY JUST FOR THEIR......... UNPROFESSIONAL AND 100% RUDE

I went in for blank checks and she told me that I’m a highschooler and couldn’t have my own. She eventually gave me a few but didn’t warn me of any charge. Maybe I should’ve known there’d be one, but I strongly feel it would be on her to inform me… I later called the St. John one and they said it’d be no problem for me to get blank checks.

Horrible customer service. Heard the manager yelling at one of the tellers yesterday while I was using the atms. A young lady with glasses and red hair. Extremely unprofessional

Joel is the laziest teller ever..has no type of customer service skills. Went there to get a personal letter notarized which takes 3 seconds... there was no one waiting and the culi cagado said I needed appointment. Drove to regional credit union no problem in and out.
