Chase Bank Wesley St, Greenville

How are normal working people supposed to get to the bank when they close at five??? why they don’t continue to stay open until six is A mystery to me. on top of that only one drive up ATM working? Shutting down one hour early as new temporary hours is hurting more people than it benefits the bank!

It seems to be a common issue at this bank that they always have only 1 of 2 drive-up ATMs in working condition. Lines are constantly backed up to the street. They need to get them properly fixed

This is the worst bank you can possibly use. They will not answer the phone when you call. the 1-800 number is just as bad. you will spend 45 minutes entering information just to get hung up on. I am 2 hours into a fraud issue and have yet to talk to anybody. I have to wait at least 30 minutes if i go in. I am closing all accounts with chase and going to a credit union.

Very nice people working here but you will ALWAYS be waiting at least 15 minutes to do anything that involves a teller. It'd be great if they could get some more people to help with the annoying wait issues they have at this branch.

They are real good always ready to help and they watch our ATM Card to make sure we. Use the card on that are at that place you are on top of your game that is for sure we are happy we pick you have a great night my wife is on the account to and she loves you so that is great

What’s the deal with the atms always out of order

Chase has no respect for his customers nor is employees. Staff skeleton crew on a Monday and they want to tell you it's just a typical busy Monday.. really when you sit the drive-through for over 30 minutes you're wasting my time get more employees or get some business somewhere else

I really hate this bank. Actually, I'm waiting in the drive thru now. This is the worst customer service bank I've ever been to. I have literally watched someone take my deposit, sit it on the counter and walk back to the office and sit down. Another teller finally found the bag and took care of it. Typical time spent here, in the drive thru is 20 mins, but I've spent 45 before. I bank here w my company, I would have already switched banks otherwise.

I agree a little slow and do not understand why your drive thru doesn't open at 7:30. All other banks do. Makes it hard to make transactions when you have to be at work before 8 and don't get off before 6pm.

This location is always so kind and up beat. I drive out of my way to NOT go to the rockwall location. I will continue to come to this location from here on.
