Chase Bank Broadway St, Pearland

Every-time I come this bank they always have atm that is always down for months at time. Now today two atms are broken and you can’t even deposit money in the one they have open. It gets worst they have no atm inside you can have access like most banks. Like as much money this bank makes you figure they have one working atm

Cashier could not explain why check had to be deposited and nor cashed....all could be said was her system was down and it wouldn't allow her to do anything! Had to go to another bank for them to explain how this particular check worked!

Terrible costumer service . The clerk was very nice and attentive but the ones that open a account are Not polite . Also general manager was very careless .

The lack of professionalism was glaring. Also felt as though there was a level of racism. Will mot bank at Chase.never underestimate the appearance of people chase bank.chase bank has to many discrimination claim.is so sad.

The employees are pleasant & professional, but they got rid of their drive thru teller window, so customers are forced to go inside. Seems an odd choice to require more face-face transactions during COVID.

If you value your time, DO NOT use this branch, as they do not value your time and will have you wasting an entire day, even with an appointment!! I'm a very understanding individual, but this is now the 3rd time I've used this branch and had the same, slow results. Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere

Exceptional service. Very polite and knowledgeable staff. The manager welcomed us and got someone to help us right away. Dena did a great job!

clean place, lines go faster in the outside is clean most of the time .. so far it's good bank

horrible ATM machine is always broken
