So I don't have an account with Chase so I understand a fee. $10 is a lot but I'll pay it. Unfortunately having a driver's license and my brand new registration that just got mailed to me wasn't enough to cash a check. Not like I'm trying to pull a fast one for a few hundred bucks when I'm in a BMW 5 series. This is why I will never have my business or personal account with Chase.

There IS an ATM machine. Reviews below said there wasn't. It's around the side and there are some inside.

Very bad customer service. Today I went there to withdraw the money and the teller said I have to call 1 day before so they can ready, right now they don’t have enough money for me to withdraw. Oh wow, it’s unbelievable that a big banks like Chase doesn’t have few thousands for customers to withdraw. Bad service ever
