Chase Bank W State St, Wauwatosa

This is the best Chase branch, and probably the best branch of any bank I have been in. I go to various local and national banks regularly. The staff here regularly remember their clients by name, make time for you even if you forget to make an appointment or need more advanced assistance, always greet you with a smile, and provide a high level of service. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for help with anything. There is also covered parking and multiple ATMs self-service stations inside and in the garage drive-thru. They have never dropped the ball or made even the smallest error. I have been changing a lot of my business and personal banking over to Chase mostly because of this branch.

Horrible! For small business banking. Do not recommend. Took my business to PNC and it’s been going swimmingly. Totally different experience. Just waiting to close my account.

Some of the nicest people I’ve met at a bank. They were so helpful and cheery. I was in and out in 2 minutes and everyone had a smile!!!!!

Terrible customer service! Before I started my 12 hour shift, I went to Chase Bank to cash my US government payroll check. Chase Bank is the bank on the check so I thought I would have no problem. I was wrong. My State issued ID and my US government employee was not sufficient for the teller, she would not cash my US government payroll check. This was a very inconvenient trip to my local Chase Bank Wauwatosa.

I have been with chase for 10 Plus years with my personal and business checking accounts. I Had a 2 party check made out to our business and the other business which was also a bank customer for an insurance claim. This chase branch decided to fraudulently cash a 2 party check with out my signature and stole my 6k plus check! They told me to make a police report because they where saying it was the other company's fault. The police told me that Chase is 100% percent Responsible for Fraudulently cashing a 2 party check with out my signature and i was told i would have to go to court and do a civil Law suit! A week after i brought the check into the bank, chase called me back and told me that i would have to Sue them to get this resoled for there Mistake! I am out my money and the other company doesn't want to pay me my money. If your a business take your banking to a small bank. They wont take your money! I have included the check that chase "rubber stamped"

Very good staff, people are prompt and helpful. Enjoyed banking here, especially working with Jessica. Being a Chase customer for 8 months I'm sure I've made the right choice when it comes to personal banking. Please note that cellphone coverage is not available in the building, but Chase offers free Wi-Fi. Also there is additional covered ustomer parking, just turn left from State street and follow signs

More sharing info than a review. This location has recently been drastically changed. There is free parking IN the building for bank customers (but there's no sign saying so), you enter it from 74th St. There are a few parking spots right in front of it on State St. There are only 2 teller 'windows' in the bank. The tellers are friendly, but that slows them down...
