Mom showed up so she can ask for assistance in filling out paperworks to certify her income and transactions. They refused to do it! I dunno why is this bank open if the personnels cannot help you with simple things. The human services they can offer is the same thing you can get online. Don’t go to this branch!!!! The branch supervisor and his minions were big noooooo help at all!

Garbage bank and service. What happened? They went downhill fast. You have to stop blaming the pandemic at some point.

Worst branch ever. They never help their customers. Out of 5 times not a single time bankers were available

CASHLESS BRANCH! Might as well be a waterless pool. Very dumb! Should be better advertised.

The worst bankers I have interact with ever!!!! I was trying to get my bank statement. The first banker told me it was going to be 30 to 40 minutes because they were in their appointment. Right after he was done and never came back to knowledge me. Then 10 minutes after the other banker was done came up to me and asked me what did I need told him the same thing and he told me it was going to be 30 to 40 minutes and I said it was fine I’ll wait. Next thing you know he’s telling me that it’s going to be six dollars for them to print it out and I said it’s fine and then tells me you know there’s another bank a mile and a half or so if you need that. At that point I felt like he was trying to kick me out.

SHUNTE WAS THE BESTTT!!! Helped me open 2 accounts! Gave me the run down on everything chase offers, helped me set up the online app, educated me on everything! absolutely went above and beyond with her service I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND this location! Especially with shunte’s assistance! 5 stars miss lady!!!

This bank has the worst customer service, it is quite obvious your employees hate their jobs.

They got incredibly lazy at this location and just pay their employees to sit around and point you to the ATM. TERRIBLE customer service, don’t go to this location unless you need to use ATM services. If you want to open an account they’ll send you somewhere else. Two Hispanic employee told two other Hispanic customers they couldn’t open an account/add their daughter to their account at this branch. Crazy lazy. They don’t have tellers here anymore. Just an open space with an ATM machine and ladies sitting down chatting.

They need to shut this branch down completely, I've never seen a set of incompetent unprofessional associates working in a banking institution. I went into this branch on Tuesday to see if a transaction could be done, I was told I'd have to set up an appointment in which I did but when my wife arrived 15 minutes earlier the person I was to see (Mark) said that there wasn't an appointment set up for me. So another gentleman asks me whom did I speak with on Tuesday and I told him Johnathan had supposedly done it. I don't why am I still banking with these people,.

I came into the bank and i spoke with Stephanie. W. I had a major concern with my account, she was very professional and understanding. She dealt with my concerns and made an effort to make sure that I wouldn't have to deal with the same concern the following business day. I am very pleased with my experience.
