Chase Bank Sashabaw Rd, Clarkston

The staff was very kind all expect for the lady who implied I should just leave the bank and take my check to a party store instead. I didn't find this very appealing nor did she seemingly care about the image she's putting out there thanks Helen

Very rude staff and treated differently depending on my appearance. Been going here for years and have been treated significantly different with work clothes on and dirty compared to when I was cleaned up for business with professional attire. Whether I am clean or dirty, I'm still depositing money. They also stated that there is no public restrooms available and denied me use while there to make deposits. Considering leaving Chase all together due to the list of bad experiences from many different occasions.

If you like answering a million questions and being treated like you are a criminal every time you make a deposit, this is the branch for you. Tellers seem nice enough but if you deposit cash they put you through the ringer.

Nothing wrong with this place - clean and friendly staff. Good bank for everyday usage. Plenty of drive through lanes. Indoor and outdoor ATMs

Always greeted as we enter. Never a long wait. Drive thru visits are like any other.

I was treated very rudely here on Tuesday. The clerk asked for both of our IDs because my husband banks there, but it was my check. Since the clerk was new, Denise came to assist her. Denise looked at both of our IDs, she then said, "we don't need her ID" and then proceeded to throw my ID at me. Yes, she actually threw my ID at me. I had been nothing but polite and professional to both clerks, so I was shocked. I then told her to not throw my ID at me. She gave me a perfunctory apology and said it was an accident. She then sat my ID on the counter. Why was it so difficult for her to just put my ID in my hand? I am not one to pull the race card, but I do feel like I was treated rudely by her due to the color of my skin. Throwing items at someone could be considered assault. And, yes, everything is on camera so I'm thinking about filing a formal report with the corporate office. I'm also thinking about asking my husband to take all of his money out and to just bank somewhere else. I absolutely do not tolerate this level of disrespect. Unbelievable!

The entrance to this bank is in a very busy intersection and has two other large businesses on either side of it. It's parking lot shares connecting lots with those other businesses so there is a lot of through traffic. The bank itself is nice with multiple drive through lanes and atm.

This is my favorite Chase branch!! So helpful and very kind, I appreciate the great service. I will recommend this branch to everyone I know! Thank you for the great service!!

This is my go to chase bank, the atm is usually open so not much of a wait, staff are very helpful and inviting.
