Terrible Customer Service and understaffed. I wanted to make a minor change to my account. I was told no one was available and to make an appointment two days out. I found that to be unacceptable so I closed my account. No one, not even the Branch Manager asked why. It appears they don’t care.

Worst Customer service I have ever received from a bank. If you bank here I hope your debit card is never hacked for over 200 charges. Told me to call the customer service # and handle it myself, when there was a teller available to help. They said I had to go though each transaction on the phone. She acted inconvenienced when I asked her to cancel my debit card. I go home to call and good luck getting anyone that speaks english. Three tries later I will be going back to the bank to speak to the manager

Always negative. Not even a Hello how are you..... No I don't want to open an account here, why would I after the negative treatment? I have to be a customer to be treated nicely? Not a good look.

People leaving negative reviews should STOP. Remember children "if you can't something nice, don't say anything at all." The fact is that we should just be grateful that there is ACTUALLY a Chase branch in Palm Coast.. I moved from Miami where there is literally a Chase branch on EVERY corner. My personal and business accounts are with Chase and I lived here a whole year before this branch was built/opened. Obviously, it was very difficult. I'm giving them 5 Stars. They've always been nice to me, my daughter and my mom. The guy that got towed, you should have parked at Starbucks to get coffee. If I were the manager and some random car was in the parking lot I would have towed you too. Keep up the good work guys!

I don’t know anyone to review a bank, nor have I ever bothered to, but after today’s service from Michelle and Camille, I would remiss not to. These two stayed late on a Saturday to ensure a business bank account matter was resolved. They followed procedure to the letter, and to ensure I was taken care of as a customer and as a business owner. I can’t thank them enough. Amoy, to give her a shout out too, has helped me multiple times with my own personal banking questions. Everyone here is cheerful and happy to help and knowledgeable. Very appreciative of them being my local bank! Thank you guys!

It is a shame that you call to make an appointment and no one answers the phone. They tell you to call back at another time. I wanted to open new accounts but I guess they don't want new business. I sure would hate to have an account here and not be able to make a business call when I needed to.

My wife went in to the branch to report a 2800 fraud situation. Scott Levinson stopped in the middle of a meeting to totally respond to the problem. Scott also followed up with a call so my wife had the proper checks. Exceptional customer service, thanks Scott and Chase Bank.

Horrible customer service, hung up on me, evon or whatever her name was, should definitely be fired for horrible proper manners. Your job is customer service, not to hang up on your customers... I hope you enjoy the rudeness you have provided to the chase team, you’re a professional but don’t act as if you are, get it together. You will be hearing from me relatively soon!

I love this branch. Staff is very pleasant and efficient. I was in a hurry and Mrs. Amoy, who helped me with my name change, was Great! No issues, no complaints, only great service.
