I waited two hours to open a business account, they said I had to wait another hour and a half. there was no one in the queue. worst bank branch and shame chase .

Finally a bank that I don't absolutely hate. No hidden fees showing up on my statement. Online banking is so easy to use and makes things really convenient. This location can get a little busy at times but they get to everyone in a fair amount of time. My daughter likes the coloring packs they give to her while we do what we need to. For the first time, we have a bank who actually tells us the truth like it is and doesn't tell us one thing only to find out it was a lie later. I like knowing everything up front, no surprises. We have been chase customers for a few years now and don't plan on going anywhere else for our banking needs! I definitely recommend Chase over anywhere else I've banked.

Very helpful was Ricardo I came here a few times and the girls in the bank always told me I couldn’t take out my whole stimulus and today I was able to take out my whole amount instead of doing it in small amounts. Very thankful for Ricardo he saved me a hassle from keep coming back high recommend going to him he’s willing to help.

Slow and bad customer service. They had several people waiting for service and you could hear the aka bankers on personal conversations not helping customers. One Magdalena Maruzack was gossiping about banana peals with some lady and ignoring customers. People come here for service not to hear personal conversations and issues from aka bankers

I had the worst experience ever with banker Chris W. Davidson. I approached the branch to open business account for my company but the gentleman insisted that I am not aware about the AML although I told him i used to be a banker for 12 years and i am not only aware but certified with it , but he still insist not to open the account . I went to Bank of America across the street and they open the account immediately with an excellent service.

I was recently at this branch and deposited $1000. The ATM did not give me a receipt or an email for my deposit. The screen said something went wrong and to call the 800 number. I filed a claim and now it’s closed. I haven’t heard anything from corporate either. Has anyone else had this happen? This is ridiculous! Need my money back.

I was helped by Leila today to change my address as I've just moved to California, and while my bank statement wasn't available she did so much to help me, and was more than exceptional!

The people in this branch are both professional and personable. My only critique is that sometimes there's a fairly long wait to see a banker. However, one can avoid the wait by making an appointment. I'm extremely happy to bank with Chase and, particularly, at this branch.

Worlds worst bank. Cannot deposit cash into my friends account due to them wanting to protect themselves from money laundering. All you did was make me go get a money order to deposit and you got mad that I didn't pay $10 for your certified check. News flash. Money laundering happens w money orders too. All you do is make the deposit look more legit and appear to not throw up a red flag. Money gets laundered daily in your bank. Period. I will never use your bank to keep any of my money. Ever.

Two more ATM machines are necessary. Almost every time I make a deposit at an ATM machine, at least two peoples are standing in line, which means that i'm usually waiting a few minutes depending on how fast those individuals make their transactions. Other than that, the ATMs are straightforward and easy to use, although it's somewhat slow and the interface lags a slight bit.
