Chase Bank Darrow Rd, Twinsburg

Beware- This is not a bank- its a storefront to sell you products. They do not accept coins at the ATM and do not offer customer service inside other than to direct you to an ATM. Obviously don’t care about depositing coins- wonder how they’d feel if you skipped the change on your mortgage. Should be reclassified as an ATM or retail store instead of bank. Laughable where the world is headed.

Becoming fully automated, meaning no more with draws without a debit card. NOT OK. The one by my work is also going fully automated. I lose debit cards alot and now I won't have access to cash. I also do business banking with chase and can no longer get smaller bills/coins for customer change with out driving to a third city now. Time to find a new bank. This is fing rediculous. Also my vehicle doesn't fit in the teller drive thrus still existing.

Stay away from their mortgage department. They’ll withhold important information. Information that causes you to throw money away. They won’t refund any of it either. Was not told the type of house I was trying to purchase was an issue until after the appraisal. Now I’m out $500 and wasted a bunch of time. Go elsewhere.

The worst experience getting our house refinanced. They make you pay "Good Faith" application fees in the amount of $500. It is good way for bank to make money of people, because ones you pay that money, that supposed to go toward your loan, you will never see it again. Beware of mortgage "specialist" named John Talpas (just not honest person, that will not stand to his words and will blame everything on you) and his supervisor Travis A. Hilty (does not address any complains!) Do not communicate over the phone, do not believe what they say, get everything in writing. Or better yet, go elsewhere!

Useless branch. No point to go here unless you need to use ATM.

I have always loved my local Chase bank in Twinsburg. The people inside are great, so this is not a review on them however they have just turned my bank into a “cashless bank”! This is the most absurd concept I have ever heard of. It’s basically a building surrounding an ATM machine now. I am unable to take out any more than whatever the ATM cash limit is for the day from any of my accounts including a business account. I also cannot get ones and fives as change which I need all the time. Of course this means I’m going to have to change banks because I am not driving 5 to 7 miles away to another Chase Bank. What a pain in the backside this is! I think this was just the most horrible decision by their management. :(

Except for one person, staff is helpful. Except for one lady working the desk, everyone is good. I have been with chase for 6 years and never had a issue depositing money in my mom's account but every time this lady is working, she does not take the cash to deposit it. She also refused to cash a check of mine (which was issued by chase bank) and stamped my check as endorsement cancelled. They should really work on her having better customer service. I avoid going to this branch because of her. She is often at drive thru too. All of the other chase branches are great with great service.

Paul and Allen have been the greatest help when I have issues. I highly recommend banking in the Twinsburg branch. The only issues I have had is with Loss prevention always putting holds on everything. Even put a hold on my paycheck. Paul and Allen have helped work through this. Thank you guys for all your help

I couldn’t recommend these guys any higher! Very friendly staff. Renee helped me our so much with a cashiers check issue. It wasn’t Chase’s fault but another bank, that was not cooperating. She helped me work through it and get the issue resolved ASAP. Can’t thank you guys enough for all of your help!

I just wanted to deposit some cash but they don't deal in cash at this branch and I don't have a debit card.
