Chase Bank Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill

Tara, Melody and Kim all went WAY out of their way to help my wife and I with an extremely difficult and urgent problem of corporate putting a hold on a large check. While I am beyond frustrated that corporate withheld our funds and gave us a huge headache, we are so thankful these ladies were willing to figure it out for us.

I just filed a complaint with corporate. The banker I dealt with there today was rude and horrible. Chase had my money from a deposited check that cleared and chase back office was refusing to give me my funds due to what she said was a back office decision due to my paycheck being different amount from last week. That's illegal and the corporate office released my funds and is doing a investigation on the bank. They have no right to dictate my pay from my work and when I can receive my funds after the check has cleared, I should've called a lawyer. Chase, You messed up Mariner Location!!! I hope this banker gets fired. She is nasty and so is the Manager. They never even answer there phones. I hope corporate closes them down.

It started on a sat when i couldnt come in to open an account because they were understaffed. So i had to do it online. Then i came in monday and deposited $600. Friday i got my debut card to find out my account was closed because THEY couldnt verify my address. I was never called or giving a chance to clarify it and they closed the account. I was told by a bank employee that they sent my $600 check on the 10th. Its the 20th and i still haven't gotten a check. And every time i call im forced to hold for an hour. Not to mention staff at the mariner location in spring hill chase bank always had an attitude and wouldnt even try to help me. But of course they were quick to take my deposit. They truely dont care about new customers at all. P.s. i had to give a 1 star rating to post this comment. But they dont deserve even half of a star..

Extremely rude customer service. When asked, if a teller could look into where the stimulus payment went, my husband and I were told, I CAN'T DEAL WITH THIS, and transferred the call to customer service center, where we were on gold for over 30 minutes. This has prompted us to change banks. I will never bank with Chase Bank again. And for the rude teller, I'd like to say, times are stressful enough right now, when people who use the bank that you work at, to keep their money, you better do whatever it takes to keep them happy. YOUR paycheck depends on it. You are REPLACEABLE!

Very Poor customer service at this particular branch (most Chase banks are great). To be very clear about what happened (in case someone at Chase Corporate cares). I entered the bank September 13, 2017. (at about 11:50 AM), no customers in line, no customers at the teller counter/windows. Four (4) tellers behind the counter. I waited in the customer que for 3 to 4 minutes before any of the tellers said may I help you? (wow). I said to the teller "I thought maybe I needed to take a number". She said "You don't need to be rude". (That's not being rude, ignoring the only customer waiting for a teller for 3 to 4 minutes while there is 4 tellers talking about lunch, is). Maybe because one person doesn't constitute a line, they feel there is no need to help the customers in line.

Cannot speak to anyone at the Mariner Boulevard Branch by telephone?? It just rings and rings and then finally says "No one is available and to call back" If you call the 800 #, you are transferred outside this Country where I REFUSE to discuss my $$ with another Country. Its' Pitiful!!!

Went to this location at 1205 pm on a Friday. Line of 8 people waiting on only 1 teller. This is ridiculous hire more people. Super slow service.

Walked in lobby and waited 30 mins. in line. Just to cash a check. Two tellers having some problem with customers. Two agents in lobby were very rude. Not to sociable. I asked if there was a problem and she said we are just doing our job. By not being polite, an apology would have been sufficient. I used the ATM machine and completed my transaction in 2 mins. They need to increase staffing being they closed the branch in New Port Richey. They could transfer them up to this branch on Mariner Blvd. No way to run a bank.

Chase is moving directly across the street, 4/26/18. The new location has plenty of parking. The staff is always courteous, pleasant, and professional. Made my first visit to the new location recently. There is plenty of convenient parking, the facility is beautiful - as far as banks go, and the staff are nice as ever. However, this bank has one major drawback. It only has (2) two teller windows. When I was there, on a Thursday, the line was long! I suggest you allow extra time when using this bank.
