Chase Bank Seven Locks Rd, Potomac

If you are a young black girl with some thousands in your account do not go to this bank they will discriminate against and not give you a cashiers check. I was turned away from getting a cashiers check for my rent from this bank even tho I had over $4,000 in my checking account. I called chase that day to see if there were any discrepancies on my account that was keeping me from getting a cashiers check for $2,500 and they said no and they didn’t understand why she wouldn’t issue me one. I would not recommend unless you want to feel like a criminal trying to get your hard earned money from your OWN ACCOUNT!!!!! I have never been treated this way in all my time as a chase customer.

This is the third time that i have called and/or arrived to this specific location to make a deposit into my IRA and the licensed banker is NEVER available. I had been carrying this check for over a month now to deposit it into Chase and every location(Potomac, Rockville, Germantown) I have tried their licensed bankers are either out of office or never available. I might just move all my IRA’s somewhere else if this continues. Very disappointed

Walked in to open new account with Chase. Staff was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this branch!

This chase branch by far has given me the best experience I have had in some time. The staff and management are very accommodating, attentive and made me feel at home. Everyone was very professional but personable at the same time. Most other banks feel a bit sterile, but when you enter this new bank, it feels very homey, modern and not outdated at all. Plus I never have to wait in line and someone is always there to assist me in my needs.

I love this branch..! Everyone is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I feel as if they go out of their way to help me and make me feel like my little problems are important.
