Chase Bank N Azusa Ave, West Covina

I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews But I had a horrible experience with Estrella Rivas at chase bank, I was treated poorly and will close my account and never will I open a account here again! I recommend no one to open a account here.

Garrett was knowledgeable and professional in a complex matter. An excellent listener, I never had to repeat myself once. His service is worth 5 stars. Well W. Covina just burst its bubble. I called back to speak to the branch manager and the person who answered the phone was void of customer service. Instead of 5 stars it is now 3 stars.

Needed a Medallion stamp on a document, the branch Mgr said they don't do them there.When I asked if he was sure he said let me check and left me on hold 20 min

Horrible place, not helpful at all.

I came in with a bunch of coins and not only was I helped, I was treated like a person. When I walked in I asked the teller for coin rolls. Jorge saw me and asked if I could use a hand. He helped me roll my coins and made me feel like a valued customer. That's not common at a bank, especially when you walk in with only a bunch of coins. This branch has my business for sure.

I stopped in to set up direct deposit. I was helped by Salvador A. He set up my direct deposit and helped me with various services I did not realize I had available to me..He is a phenomenal example of a Bank Officer/Customer Service Representative.

Horrible place never go into this branch , worst experience I’ve ever had ,waste of time went to pay a bill and made it complicated for me to do so..... unprofessional and every time I go in there it’s never the same employee’s .

The people are friendly the service is Fast and there right by Stater Brothers grocery stores and places to eat

I went to this bank as I do in several chase banks to claim problems with the various credit cards and they tell me that time has passed unfortunately at that time the numbers of my bank record changed when I verified my account. I was the same as the person who attended to me repeatedly, then he returned, he looked at his computer, obviously with my account open because of the information he provided, and then told me that he could not do anything. Check your accounts.
