Chase Bank Main St, Yaphank

I just opened accounts here and the staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very flexible with making an appointment for me and were able to change it with a quick phone call. The Chase website works really well and it's easy to perform transfers and other tasks. It would be nice if this branch had a drive up ATM, but there are so many Chase branches its never an issue for me. I like the small bank feel at the Yaphank branch with the international scope of Chase Bank.

Atm was not working properly and staff at the branch were fully aware of this . Branch worker states ,"we have an ongoing issue and we keep reporting it and it's not getting fix". The smart thing would be to add a sign alerting customers ATM is not working. I will never use this branch again.

Everyone I have spoken with at this location is always SO friendly and helpful. Never had any issues with the staff here and always have a pleasant experience

ATM is always out of service, noone ever around to report, nearest machine is miles away

Everytime I come here they're card reader at the door to get in to use the ATM does not work. They do not have drive-up access or a drive up outside machine meanwhile they closed another Branch down that was less than 3 miles from it that had all the amenities I needed that's why I chose this Bank. I have three accounts with this bank to personal and one business and I can never access their ATM or their services when I need to.

Atm hardly ever works. Ladies working there sometimes spend more time chatting and gossiping than helping clients. Unfortunately it's the only chase bank in the area.

I deposited a check into ATM and received printed receipt with photo of check however was not deposited into my account and no funds were available....I went into the bank to complain and was told that they don't own the ATM machine and that it was an outside vendor machine...Spent an hour inside of bank while the lady called the complaint security hotline.... No one in the bank has keys to the ATM machine and they had no way to get my check out of the machine...I was told I would have to wait 12 hours for my money to be deposited into account and show .....After I receive my money I am driving back to Chase to close out my account for good.....Watch when you use that new ATM in there bank......Not there machine .

Rudest bankers I ever encountered in the US. I really suspect that's because I don't look like usual customers they handle.

Great staff and a pleasant environment keep me coming back.
