Chase Bank S Main St, Goshen

I normally love my Chase Bank but the last two weeks is pretty frustrating. The Chase app forced me to do an update and it won't update now I'm late and paying my bills and every time I try to call the bank it says they're busy helping other customers and I don't get an answer or help. I'm at a loss for what to do but I need to be able to pay my bills so I'm getting panicky

4 to 5 people in the bank Nobody answers the phone, late deposits to be paid.

I don’t know who the big wig is at that bank —some lady but she is very rude! She was the only one walking around and I went to address her and she heard me she turned around and looked at me and then proceeded to go into her office and shut the door in my face very rude I don’t know how she got an office that Big but it definitely wasn’t from customer service

I like it because they serve me in my own language

Required documents to create new account are not up to date online. I had to make several trips on my bike on a hot day. Even then, they made me wait several minutes until closing time reaches and told me to come again the next day. The teller was unapologetic for my inconvenience. I felt very very very unwelcome.

Made customers felt unwelcome. Very slow pace due to “manager” directed customers to sit and wait for something “manager” actually could just assist with.

Very helpful, patient and courteous staff.
