Chase Bank S Naperville Rd, Wheaton

My husband and I were in need of a notary since our bank turned us away. We had dealt with this branch before and was happy with the service. When we arrived without an appointment, everyone was very helpful. Gina Ulaszek came out to help us within minutes of our arrival. She was very patience since my husband had to all our credit union because we needed clarification on part of the paperwork before Gina could finish notarizing it. That phone call took 30 minutes. We appreciated Gina's help in such short notice.

As a bank they don’t have a quarter how the convenience store can run business with them without Quarters other banks are providing the changes in personal account that helps us at this moment but Chase Bank has really bad service

Even though they couldn't solve my issue, the customer service at this location was excellent.

If I️ could rate lower than one star a absolutely would how have you not had a change machine in 3 years and how do you not have the ability to count out change. Not to mention the teller lied to me saying that no chases in the area have change machines when I️ know for a matter of fact that they do. This is absolutely BS and not acceptable for a bank to not accept change.

Ok bank. They Charge too much in service fees. Staff is nice. Long line. They need to hire more tellers. One time I ask to meet with banker has to wait 20 minutes. Other than that it is ok

I have been going to this location for a few months now and the last two times I had the same person cashing my check. She didn't say hi or acknowledge me at the drive up. I waited for a few mintues and called the teller. I told him I needed $500 in big bills and the rest in small Bill's. He said he wasn't the one who was doing my transaction but he told the lady and he tells me that the transaction has been done and they cant not exchange for smaller bills. I told him that is an inconvenience to me when no one asked me how i like my money back. He acted annoyed and uncaring. I can see he was talk to my teller and both of them acted like I was the problem and they just did wanted to be bothered. I ask the guy for customer service number and I could see him rolling his eyes. He reluctantly wrote down the number for me. Very poor customer service. I dont recommend this branch to anyone

For two years this bank has notarized my Senior Citizens Assessment Freeze Homestead Exemption application. This year they would not do it because I don't have an account with them. They have changed their rules. Shame on you for not aiding a senior citizen. Well they just confirmed the fact that I will never have an account with them. It's obvious that others feel the same way after reading their reviews AND, their lobby was virtually empty on a Saturday morning.

I love this Chase bank branch. For starters I have a AUTO loan through them. I moved up here recently from Florida right after the hurricane Irene in August. I went in there to ask a personal banker for help with my quickly approaching paymemt date. They described a option that they afford customers in my situation who have experienced a drastic event caused by mother nature where they will postpone the due date for 3 months so that your money can go to expenses that help you through the devastation. It was perfect for me and really helped me out. The second time a personal banker helped was for a public notary to verify me signing off on my annuity papers at work. I thank the workers at this branch SO MUCH!!!

Best chase branch by far, very personable. I drive an extra 20 minutes just to go here rather than the other branches.

Person who seemed to be the head teller provided sub-standard service on two separate occasions. Was obtuse and unpleasant. Acted as if my transaction was inconveniencing her.
