Chase Bank Albany Post Rd, Hyde Park

My experience today was atrocious. I'm not sure of the woman's name, she has blonde short hair and glasses. When I arrived they were dealing with some issue outside so myself and other customers waited which was not a problem. I had to run out to grab the information I needed to make the transaction then go in the back to the end of the line, so now I was getting close to running late for a doctors appointment. When it was my turn I stated what I needed done and she said to fill out 2 forms. I politely asked if she could help me because I'm running late. She rolls her eyes and scuffed and continued to look annoyed. Now from past experiences, every other bank I go to they fill out the forms. Regardless her attitude was the issue not that I had to fill out forms. I ran to the pleasant valley location and the lady there not only offered without me asking to help but smiled. I don't care if you have a bad day or what, when you work with the public you push that aside and focus on your job. I work with people and no matter what I'm going through I make sure I don't ruin their day too. I will do my very best to not come back to the Hyde park location again.

Greeted at front desk i think Ms. Ann. Had called for copies of my papers n it was waiting for me. Ms. Ann is Professional and helpful every time in person or on phone. Thank you for your service!

Really incompetent service. Messed up my name of all things. Unprofessional to say the least.

I use Chase in Hyde Park daily for personal and my company's business account deposits. I have always found ALL staff professional, helpful and courteous to me, as well as observing them serving clients. Stephanie is an excellent Manager, and all the tellers have been courteous to me at all times.

Staff has always been very polite and helpful. Banking is quick and easy here.

Always clean and ATM works ALL THE TIME
