Was at Chase Bank yesterday, and received excellent help. Had to handle some unexpected circumstances outside my control. Leaving Seattle during the Pandemic, and relocating up north, I needed to clear up a few things. Both Sam, and Russ were GREAT with customer service. Chase Bank is evil, but the local employees here are very nice. It is sad for them as they aspire to be better than the Mothership....

I love the Stanwood branch. I know Chase is a mega bank but I really, really feel like it is a home town bank. Everyone in the bank remembers me when I come in and I really like my personal banker Jason Rolle. It is wonderful to not have to re-explain things to strangers when I need something. They are always friendly and consistently go out of their way to clear bureaucratic hurdles. I've transferred all my accounts here because I felt like I was being nickled and dimed to death at my other banks. Highly recommend!
